Welcome to Elégance ! This 26m2 studio, completely renovated, is located on the 1st floor without elevator, in the heart of Lyon Part-Dieu. Very quiet thanks to 2 double glazing. Very well equipped as a 4* hotel room: 160x200 cm bed, Samsung TV "The Frame" of 50", Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included, wifi fiber, reversible air conditioning, kitchen equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, large bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer and magnifying mirror! Very nice stay at your house!
