The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Large terrace with the most beautiful view on Lyon, the Saône and Fourvière (15 min by foot and 10 min by bus). Less than 15 min to old Lyon town. Work from home with our office and high speed broadband (optic fiber). In the evening, turn on the high-resolution screen for a nice popcorn movie night (Netflix, Amazon Prime), or browse the books in the library. Secured parking available.

The countryside in the city. Only 10 minutes' walk from the Hotel de Ville, perched on the heights of Vieux-Lyon, our house is a jewel of greenery in the city. A rare and pleasant setting. The apartment consists of living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It offers beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available free of charge. But be careful, the most direct access to the city is only via the stairs in St Paul (see photo).
