The house is located, at the gates of the Beaujolais and the Golden Stones, 10 km from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 25 km from central Lyon. Ideally located in a village near an exit of the A6 motorway, the listing is located in a wing of our family home (character house), and has a private entrance. It is organized on two levels, can accommodate 4 people and a baby. The whole property benefits from wifi via fiber, and is non-smoking.

I offer an independent guest room with private bathroom on the ground floor of my house which was also my architecture and painting studio. (I live on the lower floor). You enter a private bright space that leads to the room with views of a wooded area with office and private bathroom (spacious shower, sink, separate toilet). Really calm estate with parking places and closed by a gate with an access code. It is near to "Eurexpo", a place where trade fairs and exhibitions are held. There is a castle, restaurants and small shops nearby, only a 5-minute walk from the house. The shopping centre is a 10-minute car or tram ride, with many shops and a large supermarket.

The room is very quiet as it overlooks an inner courtyard with garden. Private bathroom and toilet. The apartment is conveniently located for visiting Lyon on foot, Tram T1 is a 2-minute walk away. Bike station also very close. Very close to Lumière II and Jean Moulin Universities. Very lively area with lots of quality bars and restaurants.
