The charming apartment "Teja," furnished to a high standard, is ideal for 2 adults and equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing vacation in the mountains, e.g. dishwasher, Nespresso machine, underfloor heating, Internet Wi-Fi, large covered, west-facing loggia, washing machine and dryer, parking, also for electric car.

The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. If you love mountains, halfway between Bormio and Livigno, you can find the quiet, the peace and the comfort you are looking for hosted in a refined and recently renovated chalet, surrounded by the nature and with a beautiful view of the magnificent "Cima Piazzi". Even it's located outside the town, the chalet, at the same time, it's a few steps away from basic necessities. It represents an ideal point of departure for excursions on foot or by bicycle.

Historic villa

This special place has its own style. The old parlor, historic beds and lights, 2 wood stoves, an old porch with dining area, parquet floors and a large garden with old fruit trees make a stay a special experience. Clay plastered interior walls, underfloor and wall heating as well as covered car parking spaces offer the appropriate comfort. The entire high ground floor of the building with almost 100 m² is for rent. New in 2025: New oven and sink!
