Please note, the apartment is on the rooftops on the 5th floor without elevator access, which gives it all its light! There is no noise pollution from the city because it overlooks an inner courtyard!

It is located 20 minutes' walk from the Corniche and beach as well as the old port city center. Your nights will be under the stars and you will be awakened by the bells of the basilica. Nice and cozy house a one minute walk to the sea. It has a large terrace, sea view. It consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and bathtub and on the upper floor a small shower room with sink and toilet. On the ground floor, there is the cloakroom but also a large space for a stroller or several bikes. We have lived in this house for 12 years and we have taken care of the decoration in order to feel good there.
