Lovely house terrace & parking, in the city center

This is a beautiful 3 story house downtown Aix-en-Provence... On the top floor, you will find the master bedroom, with a bed for 2, and its own bathroom (bathtub,sink, toilet) . You will be able to enjoy some sun on the terrace, relaxed on a deck chair. The 2nd floor is the living area. The kitchen (with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge) is an invitation to cook delicious meals and enjoy them on the large dining table (4 to 6 persons) in the living area next to it. In this room (with another terrace!!) you will take the time to listen to a little bit of music, surf on the internet or watch TV on the couch. You also have on this floor a bathroom (toilet and the washing machine) Those 3 floors features AC. The first floor has another bedroom (bed for 2) and its own bathroom (a shower, a sink and a toilet) This house is in the very center of Aix-en-Provence. Within 5 minutes (walking distance) you will love the farmers market, the museums, the Famous Cours Mirabeau!! And to go a little farther, the "diabline" (a small electric car) will drive you where you want. On your way to the discovery of this beautiful city, you will enjoy delightful restaurants... Absolute quietness, 20mn walking from the old port, tram and metro 2mn, restaurants and living area at 5 mn walking. You have to walk through one bedroom to enter the 2nd one. 1WC en each level. Garden shared with the owner who lives accross the garden.
