A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Our cozy apartment consists of a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Each with TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is practically equipped with everything you need. In the large shower room, there is a sauna that guests can use for an extra charge (electricity). The apartment also has its own terrace with seating and dining area and grill. The apartment is in the basement of the house but is bright and friendly. Separate access via the guest terrace.

Welcome to the Baltic Home Seebad Lubmin, I warmly welcome you to the beautiful coast. The apartment can be booked for up to 4 people and is also suitable for families. In 3 minutes you can walk to the beach and your vacation can begin. You can end your vacation day with a glass of wine on the terrace. In just 20 minutes by car you can reach the Hanseatic and university town of Greifswald, or Wolgast-Usedom Island. Welcome to the Baltic Home.

Welcome to our family-friendly seaside alpine hut for 2 adults and 2 children. Enjoy relaxing wellness moments in our separate sauna hut or use the direct beach access to explore the sea with our stand-up paddleboard. A barbecue area is available for social evenings – perfect for a barbecue with sunset views. Experience tranquility, nature and adventure in a unique location that guarantees relaxation and unforgettable memories!

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

To our delight, we are connected to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

Vacation home "Galerie"

The sunny apartment "Galerie" is located on the upper floor in the renovated annex of our farm. It can accommodate two adults and two children. Just a short walk and you are on the water or in the forest.
