It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

One bathroom is furnished with toilet, walk-in shower and bathtub, the second bathroom with toilet, washing machine and dryer. The garden is completely enclosed. The car can be parked on the premises.

Autos können vor der Tür ausladen und kostenfrei auf einem angemieteten Parkplatz in der Altstadt parken, alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Bäderbahn fährt unweit der Wohnung auf die Insel Usedom, ebenso Busverbindungen.
