Modern tiny house, newly built and finished in early 2025, located on a pine-covered forest property just 200m from the Baltic Sea beach, perfect for a nature-inspired summer getaway. This beautiful wooden home features a large private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, a cozy seating area in an open-plan living and kitchen space, and a bedroom with a box spring bed. The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Built close to the water - 1 min. to the beach

Our cozy apartment consists of a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Each with TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is practically equipped with everything you need. In the large shower room, there is a sauna that guests can use for an extra charge (electricity). The apartment also has its own terrace with seating and dining area and grill. The apartment is in the basement of the house but is bright and friendly. Separate access via the guest terrace.

Small, very intimate vacation apartment on a property directly opposite the spa gardens, the best location in Lubmin. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and relax in the garden in a beach chair. WLAN with two networks each around 20 MB/s. Watch Netflix and Amazon Prime with 4K TV. Registration forms for the tourist tax are available. Suitable for 3 adults with 2 children, if necessary also for 4 persons, if you convert the couch, see photo.

Family holiday home on the Baltic Sea

From our house it is only a few hundred meters to the beach. The house offers a lot of space on 100 m². The property has many of Lubmin's typical pine trees. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is only a 5 minute walk. Just as close is the large playground on the promenade.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

There is a studio apartment with a fold-out sofa for two people. An additional sleeping place for one person is a sponge mattress. Guests can use the kitchen equipment, smart TV, washing machine. The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. We had a very pleasant stay! We also liked that there were chickens and two cats, and a beautiful garden that we could walk through and sit in. We occasionally had a chat with Anja and Uwe, very nice hosts! The location is also great: in the centre of the town with shops, restaurants, the harbour and the train station within walking distance. In short: recommended!

I immediately felt comfortable! The location with sea view and proximity to the beach is just great and in bad weather it's fun to snuggle up in one of the armchairs with a book (and enjoy the view of the sea). The kitchen is well equipped, so I didn't miss anything.

Quietly located 2-room apartment Moin

There were four of us in this beautiful apartment and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is in a quiet location and therefore also at night, with the window open, without disturbance. For us, everything was right, nothing was missing and the beds were very comfortable, we slept heavenly. The apartment is super easy to reach by train and by car you could park well and free of charge and was in Karlshagen in 8 min. You can also reach Karlshagen in 20 minutes by bike and explore the area. Marcus and the apartment are highly recommended. We will be happy to come back!

Quiet apartment near the water on the Baltic Sea Cycle Route

I felt very comfortable in the apartment of Jana and Jan. The communication worked well, so I could contact Jan directly with questions, for example. Surroundings is quiet and nature beautiful. If you need a break and want to escape from the stressful everyday life in the big city (like me), this is the place to be. So I'd love to come back :).
