The apartment was newly renovated in 2018 and is being renovated on an ongoing basis. It includes a bathroom, toilet, kitchen in the living and dining room and two bedrooms. You can drive to Goslar in 5 minutes. Optionally, the forest is right by the house, which attracts hikers. You can have fun here in both summer and winter.

The apartment is located directly on the forest (with forest playground) with access to hiking and mountain bike trails! In beautiful Lautenthal you will find many hiking opportunities, excellent bike paths and mountain bike trails. For bikers, Lautenthal is a great start to the winding Harz Mountains!

Here you will find a supermarket, a butcher, an outdoor pool, the Schnitzelkönig and doctors in the village. If you want to leave your car in the double carport, you will find a bus stop about 100 m away. The place is well located between Goslar, Seesen and Clausthal Zellerfeld. From here, both hikes and day trips by bicycle or car are easy to undertake.
