Our Cottage does not share any space with others. It is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains and town. Only 3 miles to Old Town and 1 mile to the foothills. The location is quiet and peaceful with a country feel yet close to the many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer and dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage.

The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. Welcome to Loveland, a community nestled in the foothills and a gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our downstairs suite is 600 sq. ft. in our private home. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a large, private full bath. The Living Room features a fireplace, sofa, sitting chairs,TV, table, and queen size air bed. The suite includes a mini kitchen for cooking simple meals and snacks. We live on the main level and will be available if needed.
