Cabin in scenic surroundings on Flekkerøy

Cabin on Flekkerøy with lovely views to Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, unobstructed outdoor area, fire pit and barbecue. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for kids with big lawns and small playground with 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny porch/terrace on both sides. Nice, big hiking areas. Both worked up footpaths and the surrounding island trails. There is also a facilitated coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to swimming area with beach, rocks and great fishing opportunities.

Apartment on the 1st floor of the older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NO channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. One 160 cm bed and one baby bed in the other. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host lives on the 2nd floor himself.

PRIVATE cosy apartment with self-checkin. Late check-in is no problem. Only 7 min. (4.4 km - see pic) drive to/from the ferry terminal. Guests have access to the entire 1st floor with a private entrance. Parking for a car or motorcycle. Two new beds with bed linen included. A 120 cm bed, and a 160 cm SOFAbed. Thick top mattresses for extra comfort. Kitchen has two hotplates, fridge/freezer and microwave. There are chairs in the garden to enjoy morning/evening sun. Restaurants in the city centre.

The cabin otherwise consists of a small kitchen,toilet, a bedroom and loft with double bed. Sofa bed with room for 2 in the living room. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from Cycling Route 3. Very fast internet. Bathing area in the river 50 m from the cabin . A lot of hiking trails. Robot boat can be borrowed. A lot of small fish in the river. Don't need a fishing license.
