Dorfkind Apartment - "am Wiehnenbrunnen"

Unser über 175 Jahre altes ehem. Bauernhaus befindet sich in zentraler Ortskernlage von Queidersbach, genau gegenüber des parkähnlichen Dorfplatzes. Sie wohnen in einer Einraumwohnung mit Küche und Bad. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Apotheke, etc.) sind in wenigen Gehminuten rund um unser Haus zu finden. Frische Eier gibt's beim Bauernhof nebenan und ein kleiner Obst- & Gemüsemarkt findet jeden Samstag schräg gegenüber im alten Milchhaus statt.

The apartment is very quiet close to the forest in a residential area of Kaiserslautern with free parking. It takes about 8 minutes by car to get to the center or train station and 5 minutes to get to the university. About 100 m from the apartment you will find the bus stop where buses run in different directions every 16 minutes on weekdays. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.

Close to nature 90 m² apartment (house in a single location) in the Palatinate Forest only 10 minutes by car from the city center of Kaiserslautern. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with stair lift), It is bright, modern, well equipped and has its own entrance. It is well suited for families as well as for older people. Due to our idyllic secluded location, the nearest supermarket is a good 5 km away, and the nearest shopping center is about 8 km away.

I myself use the apartment when I visit my family in Kaiserslautern and otherwise live in Hamburg. Located in the middle of the Palatinate Forest, this apartment offers the ideal starting point for hikes in nature or to the famous Nanstein Castle. The nearest highway connection is about 2 km away. My flat is 10 minutes away from Ramstein Airbase and 10-15 minutes away from the city center of Kaiserslautern. The location is ideal for people interested in hiking and cycling in the beautiful Palatinate Forest.

You will love my place because of the coziness and the location to the forest and the nature.
