This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. Our neighbors are close to completing a new house on their property. Occasional construction noise during the weekday is to be expected. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s puppy. She is friendly and can be confined.

Our guests say that they love “coming home” to the peace and comfort of The Villa after a day of exploring. Going to San Francisco? We are a 15 minute walk to BART. There are tons of beautiful outdoor activities in this area as well as organic groceries, restaurants and other essentials within easy walking distance. And lots of free parking on our street.

Cute, very quiet, private studio in-law with separate bedroom space, kitchen and private bathroom with shower (no tub). 415 Sq Ft. There is one queen bed in the bedroom and a full size pull out bed in the sofa (perfect for small kids). Apartment also has a small, private back yard area - great for those with small pets. Views of Golden Gate Bridge and much of the Bay Area visible from just outside your door. Tilden Park is just a few minutes drive from the property.
