My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Because there are always negative reviews left about the location. The accommodation is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping facilities are abundant in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

My place is close to the holiday home area with lots of recreational opportunities, inn with beer garden and public transport. You'll love my place because of the surroundings and the neighborhood. Built in 1906 in Art Nouveau style, we renovated this house in one of Emden's most beautiful streets on the city wall with great love. The apartment of over 70sqm is on the ground floor.
