Such a wonderful place for a getaway! About 30 minutes away from the Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Leam was an amazing host with great communication and wonderful recommendations. The tree house was better than I could imagine. Great craftsmanship and attention to detail. Couldn’t recommend enough!

This place was such a treasure! With great views from a tiny treehouse, we were amazed by what Leam’s place offered! He was super cordial upon arrival and made sure to take the time to explain how to navigate the space for functionality and efficiency. He also explained local dining spots and hikes to enhance our stay in Lyons. As for the place, it demonstrated such a unique feel to small house living. Everything had it’s place and function, and it truly was a couple’s paradise. You will not regret staying here!

Leam was an amazing host and there really is no experience quite like this in Colorado. A short drive away from Denver with an amazing view. I would recommend grabbing dinner/breakfast at the nearby town and bringing it back

It will blow your mind, the details of the treehouse are amazing and they have thought of everything you may need and if it's not there, just call him and he will get it if it's a reasonable request of course.. Next time we will stay 2 nights instead of 1. Great outside space also.......wonderful.........

This tiny home tree house is extraordinarily cozy and charming. When we arrived Leam kindly greeted us and showed us around the place and all the little things we needed to know for our stay. You can tell he put so much love and thought into this place. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Leam for creating such a special experience for us :)

This townhouse was perfect. From the moment we walked in and we’re met with a gift as well as custom card, all the way to having everything we needed to cook dinner that night! The Location and home is stunning. Such a great neighborhood that feels just like home! Jill & Britt were the best hosts that we could of possibly asked for! If we are ever in Colorado again we will definitely be back to stay!

Jill and Britt have gone above and beyond any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in by providing food (a lot of food), toiletries, weather report and personal so noted. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the neighborhood is great for walking. I highly recommend.

Jill & Britt really made us feel at home! They stocked the fridge and cabinets with lots of food, which made it really easy for us to wake up, make breakfast, and help prepare a snack for the road. There were lots of thoughtful details, like bath robes, slippers, and extra toiletries in case you forgot anything. The location was also really nice. The house is located in an interesting development area with cafes a short two minute walk away. It was really easy to get around from this spot and we appreciated having a designated parking spot so we didn't have to look for parking.

Place is incredible. Don't look any further. Jill and Britt are the best.

This place is great! It’s a sweet little space that felt really cozy. The hot tub right outside the door is such a treat, and makes it incredibly easy to relax.

Kind, accommodating hosts. Very responsive. We loved the hot tub. The place is homey and has lots of little extras like pack 'n plays, very nice TV with streaming services, and recycling and compost availability. It's not large but had everything we needed and more. Great location, super close to a big park and the main drag of historic downtown.

This was the perfect location for out time in Longmont. We were inspired by the use of space. The hot tub right outside the door was such a treat. Perfect way to end the evening with a soak - we slept well!

We never got to stay in the house as my fiancé is a vet and has to have his dog. It typically isn’t an issue but we weren’t allowed to stay here with the dog. I completely understand and Sarah was very nice about it. This place is cute and in a great location. I highly recommend that you stay here, without your pets of course.

Such a cute and cozy birthday weekend spent at Sarah's farm! Loved hangin' with the pups & farm animals. If you spend enough time lounging around the farm you might even catch a glimpse of a low flying bald eagle like we did! Very close to Boulder and downtown Longmont which was perfect for what we had planned for the weekend. 10/10 would recommend/we will most definitely be back!

Perfect place to stay for a “getaway” while still being in the general boulder/denver area. The Four Clover Farm is nice, animals were nice and very friendly, and distance to town in any direction (Boulder, Denver, Longmont, etc) is only a quick drive away. We travelled all over the area during our trip, even visited Rocky mountain national park on a mild day, so it never felt like we were too far from any of the main CO attractions while still being able to enjoy a little quiet and relaxation away from the city. The cottage itself is perfect size for two and very nice for a reasonable price.

We had an amazing stay at on the farm. The goats, chickens, horses, cats, and dogs made it that much better. We are already planning our next trip. I would recommend this stay 10/10

The beds were soft, there were plenty of pillows. There were all the supplies we needed for our weekend stay. The space was a bit smaller than the photos suggested, but it was clean and comfortable. The shower was larger than I expected. It was close to the downtown area where there were lots of restaurants. It was great for our needs.

Benjamin's place is in a great location for exploring Longmont. The place was very clean and comfortable, easy to find and easy to check into. The kitchen is well appointed, with everything one would need. I would stay there again!

The location was ideal for me; easy walking to Main Street and a very pleasant neighborhood to walk in. I was staying 9 nights, so I also wanted my own space, and the amenities of home, and this house was just right. I cooked “at home” every day and really appreciated the well supplied kitchen. Also, awesome bathtub. I’d stay again any time.

This is a lovely, welcoming, well-designed and well-built home. The hosts are kind and responsive people who clearly care about their guests’ experience. Ben and Laura have outfitted the carriage house with care and great consideration toward what guests might need. We had a great stay. The kitchen has an awesome 5 burner gas range and is extraordinarily well equipped for cooking – we cooked almost all of our meals during our week-long stay. The beds are comfortable with a wide array of pillows, soft sheets, and as much as you might need in the way of blankets and quilts. Plenty of good bath towels to go with the wonderful oversize soaking tub. The home is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Longmont. Some other design elements: * Stacked washer and dryer which worked well, and eco-conscious laundry soap is provided. * Beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. * Excellent interior lighting, including very pleasant natural light in the daytime. * We loved the book and game nook under the stairwell with sliding access panel. * The bedrooms both have reading lamps on both sides of the bed, and plenty of hangers, hang space, and drawer space. * Living area downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs each have their own heating / cooling elements, which worked well to maintain a comfortable temperature even in very cold weather. * All soaps, shampoos and cleaning products are high quality; they are things I would buy for my own home. Be aware that the long gravel driveway to the carriage house can be dicey in snowy or icy weather. Safe street parking is available in front if you prefer. You need to be adept with stairs to be happy in this home. Both bedrooms and the single bathroom are on the second floor. We loved the carriage house and would definitely stay here again!

We just love this place! This visit was our second to the carriage house in the last 6 months, and we loved it even more this time. It’s our very favorite Airbnb! It feels like home, and has everything we need. The kitchen was a lifesaver, as we used it it make several Thanksgiving dishes. It was such a fun space for cooking, and was very well stocked with items I didn’t expect in an Airbnb (i.e. small Cuisinart, which I used to make pie dough, and an immersion blender that I used to make homemade whipped cream). And the gourmet 5-burner stove was great. Ben and Laura are wonderful hosts! Great communicators and very nice people. We were there during a major snowstorm, and they checked in on us and made sure that we had what we needed. Laura even brought over some extra things for us to read that she knew my 12 yr old daughter (who’s very into baking) would love. My favorite thing about this space has to be the beds and pillows. They are so comfy, and we slept perfectly! The bathroom is also wonderful - spacious, and great water pressure. One quick restaurant tip . . . Benny's Taco's (just a few minutes away) has some of the best tacos we've ever had, and we're from Austin - home of many tacos. Don't miss it. Thank you again Ben and Laura, for a wonderful stay!

This lovely space was perfect for our needs. A stylish, functional kitchen—including a chemex pour over coffee maker and a gas stove—two smallish bedrooms with comfortable beds, a lovely full bathroom. Great having the high chair for our grandson’s visit! The little lending library was a great touch when I wanted a break from the book I’m reading. Communication from Ben was always prompt and helpful. It was too cold to use the cute patio out back—next time for sure!

Had a wonderful time at the bunkhouse. Jani and her husband were very warm and welcoming.

This was our second stay and it was truly wonderful to be back. The bunkhouse is perfect - cozy, clean, and in a great location. Jani is great, too, helpful and friendly - an ideal host! We will definitely plan to come back again!

Wish we could've stayed longer! The bunkhouse felt very unpretentious, warm, and welcoming. We drove in during the night, which made the house a little difficult to find (not the owner's fault. She gave very detailed instructions; we had trouble finding a few landmarks in the dark), but once we pulled in, we were reassured we found the right house when the ranch's dog, Hank, came right up to greet us!! Best dog in the world!!! We woke up to a very beautiful view the mountain and made breakfast using the house's fully equipped kitchen. The horses came right up to the driveway, which made breakfast even more surreal. Just a few minutes from town and only 40 mins from Rocky Mountain Park, this bunkhouse was the ideal stay, and Hank made it 100x better!

Big comfy bed, Internet, and a hot shower for a great value. It gets chilly in the winter months, there’s a space heater in the downstairs living room that you can use. Hosts were great!

Cathryn's place sets the standard for the best Airbnb experience! Thoughtfully furnished, with more amenities than one could possibly hope for. I wanted to move in! Fresh flowers, snacks, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, artisan objects, plants, artwork, thorough instructions, what to do in the area, extremely comfortable bed, excellent wi-fi and easy-to-operate TV/Netflix controls (whew!). Really felt as if it was my cozy home. And Cathryn was thorough in her directions, checked in efficiently before, during and after. And incredibly priced for the experience. DEFINITELY keeping it on my list when I visit relatives in the area!!

Cathy’s place was wonderful. Very clean and nicely decorated. She provided additional snacks and points of interest for the area. My sister and I arrived late in the evening and there were no issues getting in and out, everything was simple and straight forward.

We can't say enough good things about this place in a review. Cathy was tremendous at communicating. Her directions to her place were perfect. We had arrived later in the evening, so she had left lights on so we could find it. Upon entering the gate, we thought it was very quaint. Upon entering the guest suite, we were like "Wow!". It was much more than expected. The place was surrounded with warmth and personal touches that made you feel welcomed and invited. It was so clean and full of information about the area. Delicious snacks, a bottle of wine, bottled waters and eggs, small muffins and coffee for a morning breakfast were a treat. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. The bathroom had additional soaps and shampoos. We didn't use the laundry area, but noticed there were available soaps. The location is awesome! We could go an hour or less in any direction and there would be a neat Colorado town to explore. The view of the mountains on a nice nearby walk was wonderful. Cathy's place is incredible. Like I said, we can't say enough good things.

Staying at Cathy's place was one of my top Airbnb experiences ever. She is easy to communicate with, check in was just as described (easy), the space was very clean, there was lots of good food and drinks available for free too!

Laurell’s place was an absolute gem! In a rural area but not isolated. Awesome alpacas that we’re very friendly. I came down with the flu and was too sick to go get medication for myself and Laurel took it upon herself to provide me with some meds which was very sweet! Would absolutely recommend!

This really was a very relaxed and comfortable place to stay. Feeding the alpacas and getting fresh eggs from the chickens was a real treat! Definitely beyond worth the super low price!

5 stars does not do Debby’s place justice. Debby is very welcoming and makes you feel as if you were home. The accommodations were fantastic and all the extras from the pool, hot tub, massage chair, comfy bed. I could go on for awhile, we surely will return. See you in the spring!!!

The space was exactly as pictured. The one thing we liked was the use of other parts of the house and actually we felt very comfortable using the back yard living room and kitchen area. Debbie is very friendly and we had several conversations with her. The pool was wonderful and there is also a hot tub but it was too warm to use as the temps were in the upper 90's. Being Colorado we were looking for a vrbo that is 420 friendly. We were able to partake of the herb in her back yard which made our time there very relaxing as the host also uses herb. There are several rec stores in Longmont and we went to Terrapin and they had many great deals. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

It would take more space than there is here to tell just how wonderful Debbie is as a host and how lovely her house is, both inside and out. We are back for the second time and will be back again! She has thought of everything to make her guests comfortable.

Debbie’s place is awesome. When we were searching for a place to stay near Lyons for a music festival, we ran across this amazing property. We have always done the “entire home” style of Airbnb. With this being our first single bedroom, we had low expectations thinking it might be awkward being in someone else’s house or that we might lose independence, but we were SO WRONG. Never once was it awkward, thanks to our host. And we had the freedom to come and go as we pleased, even when we came in late from a concert in Denver. You’ll have your own code like we did. The house is GORGEOUS with an in ground swimming pool, a hot tub, fire pit, etc.. Debbie was so welcoming. Within 10 mins of meeting her, we were out on the back patio chatting away. She was careful not to intrude, but we invited her to join us. It was great sharing stories and learning about each other. Check in was super flexible. We just used our own code and made ourselves at home as Deb instructed via text. At the last minute, our friend joined us, and Debbie was super flexible and went out of her way to make our friend comfortable, too. I have stayed in a Airbnb’s and hostels across the US and Europe, and our short stay at Debbie’s was one of my absolute favorites. Definitely the most hospitable host. She truly loves to share her home with others. If you are looking to be in the Longmont, Lyons or RMNP area, we highly recommend Debbie’s place!! Book an extra day to relax in the backyard!

Everything at Debbie's is top notch, from the cleanliness, to the creature comforts. Rebecca hosted us in Debbie's absence and was so friendly and thoughtful of all of our needs. Smores around the fire pit and an extra dip in the pool were icing on the cake at a beautiful home and garden. The flowers were especially gorgeous this year. I can't wait to visit again. Kathi

Debbie is an EXCELLENT house owner. So accommodating, extremely clean and inviting. Very welcoming for the 420 friendly crowd. Her home and property is a magical little space surrounded by sweet greenery and farmlands, birds and calm, quiet neighbors. Just a short drive from a nearby MMJ dispensary, close to boulder, Longmont and the foothills. I was thrilled with the place and service so much that I extended my stay so I could bask in the relaxation. Between the therapeutic hot tub, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and gorgeous kitchen I had absolutely everything I needed. For summer there’s a beautiful pool to enjoy as well. Great basement with pool table and foos ball table would provide extra entertainment for any who would enjoy such things. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Debbie is sharing a FANTASTIC home. Go. See. Experience. I'll bet you are just as impressed as I was. She was a terrific host. And the PLACE. Gorgeous. Take a swim suit for the Jacuzzi. Sit in the back left spot, press Jets 1 and just melt. Turn the lever to steer power to your legs/feet or to your back. Ahhhh. Finally - If you want quiet - reserve the downstairs room. If you don't mind a rooster crowing in the morning - upstairs is the one for you. Enjoy !

Amazing!!!! This home made barn apartment is so cute! Jessica went out of her way to spice up the room for our “special getaway”, including a nice bottle of champagne and flowers on the bed. With the hot tub outside, it was such a nice private and romantic night! I would highly recommend staying here on any occasion, but especially for a romantic getaway! It was perfect with the full kitchen, private bedroom, and washer and dryer included. And let’s talk about that shower!!! Killer! 3 body sprayers and a rain head! So relaxing! I can’t wait to stay again!!

My husband, 2 month old and I had a great stay at Jessica’s renovated barn for two nights! As soon as we entered, the smell brought me to a nice welcoming place (I seriously want to know what the room spray was, mmm!) It had a very cozy, comfy feel. We loved the decor-copper kitchen sink, rain shower head with side spouts, comfiest bed!! And of course the hot tub was a must-have (we definitely put it to good use when our LO took a nap!) While we really came to Longmont for the breweries (hello Left Hand!), we took advantage of the area and walked to Luna Cafe (such a cute place and great coffee and breakfast) and walked around Roosevelt Park. We will definitely stay here again if/when we come back to Longmont for the breweries. Snowden the cat was cute and welcoming as well 😻 Thanks again! She was also accommodating if we needed anything for our baby!

We had the best sleep here. The shower was great and the hot tub is a lovely bonus!

This place is adorable and cozy. Loved the whole atmosphere. The shower is amazing with the overhead rain shower and side spouts. The tea and coffee are much appreciated and the hot tub was perfect for tired traveling bones.

Danielle’s suite is absolutely wonderful. Her communication was impeccable, and everything from top to bottom was clean, stylish and full of great amenities for your stay in Boulder/Gunbarrel. Not to mention the bed was extremely comfy and the shower is AMAZING. Would highly recommend staying here!

The basement is an ideal area of Tammy's house to host and Airbnb. There is a curtain in the doorway that leads to the main room in the basement. The main room is fully furnished with a u shaped sofa, numerous tables and night stands, TV with streaming channels, a mirror, and a basket for snacks. The bedroom, which is fully furnished with night stands, a refrigerator, microwave, and open closet, has a door that can be locked from the inside. Also in the basement is a full functioning restroom provided with toiletries and with laundry machines just outside it. The only shared space in Tammy's house is the front entrance to the vacation rental. From there, the upstairs lead to Tammy's living space and the downstairs lead to the guest space (the basement).

One of the best places I've stayed. Peaceful, comfy, and clean. Not to mention the cat is a total cutie as well. All in all, fantastic stay!

Tammy’s place was just as good as advertised. For the two of us on a business trip the common area was spacious to spread out, the bed was comfortable, and the extra touch of snacks on hand was much appreciated.

Tammy's place was just as advertised. It is the basement area of her home and you share the front entrance to the house. Even though Tammy lives upstairs, she works and when she is home she is very quiet. Plenty of room, nice amenities, with access to TV, laundry and wifi. First of all, this was our FIRST Airbnb experience. My wife and I travel in a motorhome often because we enjoy our privacy and things being clean. With Colorado being a good 24 hours away from our home, we have stayed in everything from castles in Colorado Springs to the back of an enterprise Dodge Grand Caravan at rest areas :-). As for Tammy, she is awesome, has an incredible ability to talk and have conversation yet know exactly when to cut it off and let us run around and have our meetings. The place was as clean as our home, we had access to EVERYHTING we needed, and Tammy did an incredible job of making our stay great. The location is close to everything we needed, and we slept like bricks. It was not too hot (Most places keep it too hot for me), the bed slept great and the linens were clean and fresh. We will be returning and already consider Tammy a friend. We also consider Ziggy a friend! Tammy keeps Ziggy upstairs and he came to the stairs for us to greet him. He is a little codependent though, so if you love cats, he will tug on your heart. As I write this review, we are about to eat reheated leftovers we were able to keep in the fridge on Fiestaware that Tammy provided (Along with coffee, snacks, fruit, water, and anything else we needed). Selfishly, I would like to NOT leave a review, as I want to be able to stay at Tammy's the next time we are in town and don't want her booked up. However, it wouldn't be right to have someone open up her home to us, take care of us so well, and be so incredible and not leave her a good review.

This location met my needs perfectly. Not fancy, but clean, safe, quiet and our host Tammy was down to earth, welcoming and very responsive.

Tammy's place was simply amazing and such a great price. I had the whole basement and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable including putting some coffee at the stairs each morning. I am already planning my next trip and the first thing I am going to book is Tammy's place!

Tania continued to be a very welcoming host to my son and I.

Tania's place was a great "home base" while we explored the local Boulder area. She offered some great tips for local food & hiking. We also appreciated the use of her kitchen for quick evening meals. The space was super clean and included all necessities!

Tania took time out of her busy schedule to make dinner for my son and I. Incredibly generous of her. Her dog was incredibly friendly and playful. Tania had plenty of towels available for us as well. You should stay here if you’re in the area.

Tania was incredibly accommodating and the room I had was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and both the bed and bath were very clean. I couldn’t have been more impressed.

Tania's place was a great stop for our roadtrip. Tania greeted us upon arrival and gave a heaping amount of information about local activities. She also would talk to us about what adventures we had been on that day and compared experiences, I personally love to discuss and learn more. Her fur children are adorable and extremely friendly as well! I would stay with her again without a doubt!

Tania was a warm and gracious host. I enjoyed staying in her home very much. It was very clean and comfortable, Tania immediately made me to feel at home. Her home is within fast, easy access to Longmont shopping, parks, entertainment and Longmont’s historic and charming downtown. I would not hesitate to stay with Tania on future trips.

This was such a find--our room was comfortable and clean, the shared bathroom was immaculately clean and had nice toiletries and plenty of towels. And the house was so quiet. When I woke toward midnight to use the bathroom, I heard someone watching TV so quietly in the main room--there's no way I could have heard it in my bedroom. I thought that was very thoughtful. We were just staying one night while we were at a nearby wedding, but this would make a terrific base of operations to visit Longmont, Boulder, RMNP, and more. And Tater the dog was, as promised, sweet and friendly. We love dogs, so that added just a lovely extra note to our short stay.

Lynn and Bob’s place was exactly what I needed! A comfy bed, warm house, really nice hosts and close to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Thank you so much to you both! 😊

Bob greeted us upon our arrival, which was really late because of delayed planes and backed up rental car service. He was engaging and showed us where we can find the things we needed for our stay, including extra blankets, which we needed cause of the colder nights than we are used to. We love Tater - a very sweet dog! Thank you for being so welcoming and warm, and opening up your space to us. We will definitely keep you all in mind when we travel back through.

My dad stayed at this lovely historic home on the edge of Old Town Longmont for three nights. While he didn’t spend a ton of time in the space, he found it to be a comfortable and quiet place to rest his head. Judith Ann met me for a tour and was very welcoming. The space was very cozy and clean, and Judith Ann had plenty of heaters for the cold winter week. Overall, it was a great stay!

We enjoyed this accommodation and it’s location.

Great place to stay!! We got in very late, our flight was delayed, but Judith left the light on for us and gave us clear instructions on how to access the apartment. It was cozy, and she provided multiple heaters. This place has everything you need from a comfy bed to tea and coffee. We had a great experience. Really awesome attic apartment, and more spacious than the pics seem.

Definitely a cozy, charming place, in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Great restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Judith was a great communicator, but also gave us our space. We will be staying there again!

My boyfriend, two dogs and I stayed at this cozy studio for one night. It was very comfortable and quiet - in the evening we got take away from Malee Thai just 5 minutes away (so good!!) and watched shows on their Roku player, and in the morning we walked down the street to a huge park to let the dogs run around. Great location, clean place, quiet and fun for dogs. Thanks Claudia, we hope to stay here again!

Craig and Laura are great hosts. They are always quick to respond. Even though you are in their basement, it doesn't feel at all like one. It has lots of windows and a private patio. Great place to stay with lots of space!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The owners are helpful and attentive, the apartment is clean and beautifully appointed. Probably our best Air BnB experience.

Craig’s suite is spacious, well-appointed and so comfortable (loved the sleep number bed). Check-in was super easy and Craig always replied promptly. He also provided some extra thoughtful touches that made our stay even better than expected. We would definitely stay here again if In the area. Highly recommend!!

Craig’s place was just as advertised. Very private, sparkling clean and so roomy. There were only 2 of us but room for 2 or 3 more. Location was very near Main st. The bed was so comfy and Craig even left some treats for us. We would surely stay again if available for our next trip to Longmont.

I stay at AirBnB all over country and I can say this Johns home is everything positive the guess say and then some ! If you are looking for a place to stay sort or long term do your self a favor and book Johns home. I stayed for 7 weeks and enjoyed every week there. This is a true 5 STAR home.

This is a great air B and B. One of the best we have stayed in. The extra touches were fantastic as was the neighborhood. John and his family were near if we needed anything. We will be back!

Beth provided an amazing home for me to stay in for two nights and while I wish I could’ve stayed longer I’m so glad I chose her place - great energy among her, her son, and his friends - you can tell this is a home of love. Lyons is a short and beautiful drive from Boulder (which is why I stayed in the area), but the town of Lyons is a charming little village that has its own appeal - and when I go back, the local places will be perfect to wind down the day in. There’s a lovely dog on the premise and everything I needed for my 2 days was included - Beth was very generous and very thoughtful throughout!

I HIGHLY recommend Beth’s home. It was above and beyond our expectations. Beth made us feel like family from the moment we stepped in her beautiful home. She is a great communicator, gracious hostess, and amazing cook! The room/bathroom were spotless and very homey. Definitely will stay here again when we are in town.

It was a pleasure staying at Beth's place. This was at a convenient location as it was close to Rocky Mountain National Park where we planned to visit. The place was clean and had all that we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend this.

This is such a lovely home! We very much enjoyed staying here again.

Kellys place was in the perfect location if you’re wanting a mix between nature and city life. Estes Park and Rocky Mts are an hour away as well as Denver. Lots of space to organize belongings!

Kelly and her family were very good hosts. There is a big screen TV to watch sports. The micro wave is handy for meals. The fridge in the garage will keep your food cold. If you are lucky, Chester the cat will cuddle with you. Her house is close to many restaurants and shopping. You can spend a little bit of time shopping in downtown Longmont. The Longmont biking and hiking trails are about five blocks south on Hoover St. The Boulder County Fair Grounds are in easy walking distance. Access to Boulder is easy on 119. Rocky Mountain National Park is just 32 miles away on HWY 66 and then HWY 36. Loveland or Fort Collins are located further north on HWY 287. There are many opportunities for backcountry skiing or snowshoeing in the mountains west of Longmont. When the weather is warmer you can bike many miles in the Longmont area. Mountain biking trails are available in Lyons located west of Longmont along HWY 66. I will be spending more Time at Kelly’s place when visiting Longmont and the surrounding area.

I enjoyed my time in Longmont. Longmont is a beautiful city. My only wish was to explore the city more and visit the mountains up close. I enjoyed your space it was mins from my location I had to be at everyday so a commute didn’t bother me much. Kelly had a nice room for me to stay for the week. It was a comfy bed, with internet, and a microwave in a common area. A fridge to keep any of your food cool if you planned on staying multiple days and want to save more money. I also got to wash my clothes the day before I left. I simply just sent a request to her and she answered quickly and made herself helpful to me. I really appreciated that. Also, I like that there are extra blankets because I’m someone who is always cold. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of extra blankets. I have severe animal allergies and I thought the cat would be okay. But I was somewhat miserable even after take medicine. Lol. No fault to Kelly, just something I misjudged. I didn’t realize a dog would be there as well so I believe that added to my allergies. One night I slept in my car for more comfort. One of the nights I asked for a humidifier and Kelly brought one down. Which was cool. I really appreciate her having one and taking the time to fill it up. Overall, I enjoyed the space and hospitality. Thank you.

I VERY much enjoyed my stay at Jennie’s place!! It is such a cute, comfy, and clean space with lots of privacy. They also provide lots of extra unexpected things like shampoo/conditioner, curling iron, and straightener. They also had amazing suggestions for things to do and eat!

Jennie’s place was super clean, private, and made my mom and I feel super at home. I highly recommend staying here! So many thoughtful touches that made our stay amazing.

Jennie's place was perfect for me. I was in town visiting my elderly parents. Jennie's place was just down the street and allowed me to have a respite each evening. Everything you would need, was there. It was super clean and nicely decorated. Gunbarrel is a quiet area. Lovely neighborhood. Boulder has gotten so crowded, this is a nice place to "come home" to after a day in "town". There is a walking trail nearby with a gorgeous view of the Front Range! I walked it each morning. Gunbarrel is becoming a little more built up recently. So, there are restaurants nearby. King Soopers grocery store is 5 minutes away. Coffee shops and Avery brewery.( I didn't get to, but is suppose to be really good). The only thing to be aware of are the steps to go down to the entrance if you are unable to navigate stairs. I highly recommend Jennie's place and already have plans to return in the Spring. Book it!
