Cozy and delicious townhouse in the heart of Marstal

Lovely little townhouse in Marstal. The house is newly renovated, with respect for the soul of the house, making it cozy and delicious to stay in. The house is one of the smallest townhouses in Marstal, with its 21 sqm on the ground floor, but the house has a good ceiling height and a really good use of the space, which gives the feeling of good space. The house also includes a patio and a lovely little patio. Townhouse is located 40 meters from the pedestrian street, 250 meters from the harbour, and a small kilometer from the lovely beach by the beautiful bathhouses.

Stylish summerhouse

Cozy and stylish summer house for rent on Sydlangeland (Vesteregnen) close to Ristinge beach. Large exciting plot of land located in shelter, own lake, large trees, many terraces. Really nice oasis. There are 4 sleeping places in the house and 2 sleeping places in annex (located about 30 meters from the house). There is a new A ++ heat pump and new wood stove in the house and electric radiator in the annex. TV with apple TV, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, Urban style in the interior: -) It is 500 meters to the swimming bridge and a nice playground. 4 km from Bagenkop.

There is a TV internet , wood stove, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer. THE PRICE IS INCLUSIVE OF CONSUMPTION. Additional cleaning fee will be added. As the cottage is located on a natural site - with many trees, you can expect that on outdoor areas there are fallen leaves, pollen and other things that relate to nature/the season on garden furniture etc.

The home contains on the ground floor an entrance hall, cozy living room, dining room as well as kitchen and bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find two rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a toilet. Washing machine and dishwasher are available at the property. This beautiful holiday home is located on South Langeland with beautiful sea views towards the Langeland Belt and Lolland. From the apartment there is 460 m to the beach with summer swimming bridge. The cozy rooms on the farm Broe have become a cozy holiday home. The apartment was refurbished in 2011 and is light and simply furnished. It has its own south-facing terrace and lawn.
