The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havel region. On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist der ideale Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. „Prignitz ist für den einen Privileg und für den anderen Pampa" Die Liegenschaft ist 5,3 ha groß. Im Januar 2021 wurde ein Großteil mit ca. 9.000 jungen Laubbäumen bewaldet und mit einem Wildschutzzaun eingezäunt.

Ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Boxspringbett, zwei kleine Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bett. Zwei weitere Personen finden Platz auf der bequemen Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer.

Für unsere Gäste wurde das Dachgeschoss eines ehemaligen Stalles ausgebaut. Dabei entstand auch diese Ferienwohnung (ca. 56 m²). TV-Gerät, kostenfreies WLAN, Duschbad (mit Föhn) und Küche (Kaffeefiltermaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit kleinem TK-fach, Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine) sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher gehören bei uns zum Standard.
