A gem in the Kehdinger Moor - personally decorated with love, in a brand new but old-style country house on 8,000 sqm property. Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, a quarter of an hour to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk, yet the apartment and kitchen are state-of-the-art equipped (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher, etc.).

The 60 sqm apartment is located in the attic of a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac location in the outskirts of Hamburg. I live on the ground floor. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop is 3 minutes away. By bus and train or by car, you can reach Hamburg in about 40 minutes. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a kitchen-living room and a spacious hallway. Stable fiber optic network is available.

The bus station can be reached in 5 minutes, the S-Bahn station to Hamburg can be reached in 12 minutes.

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers

The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a large loggia overlooking the garden and the apple orchards in the Altes Land. From the loggia you can follow the big ships that sail to Hamburg or towards the North Sea. In addition to a bedroom, the apartment has a kitchen / living area and a fully equipped bathroom. You can reach the city center of Hamburg in about half an hour by car or in an hour by public transport. Shopping, restaurants and doctors are within walking distance.
