The property consists of a living room with bunk beds for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee (payment to be made in cash). The holiday apartment also offers a shared balcony where you can relax in the evening.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Weender Nest 2-room granny flat in Göttingen

Our renovated approx. 45 sqm basement apartment is located in a quiet detached house in Weende-Nord with parking in front of the house. The apartment is about 5 km from the centre. The city bus stops outside our door. The clinic and the university are easily accessible. A longer rental period is possible. Since we had 2x permanent tenants over several months last year, the Superhost status is currently not met due to the assessment criteria. Internet access: 100 MBits.

Our listed barn has been shining in new splendor since 2018 and 2025: In May 2018, we started to expand four 1-room apartments, each with their own bathroom and their own kitchenette. The rooms are each between 25 - 30 square meters and completely newly furnished (box spring beds, armchair, closet, TV with DVD, fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with toilet, washbasin and spacious shower). You will stay in a cozy, very bright basement apartment in a wooden house built according to building biology guidelines. The apartment has its own entrance, a beautiful terrace and the garden (fire pit) can also be used. In addition to a kitchen with an oven and fridge, a washing machine is also available. The house is located in a quiet residential area with nice neighbors. The small town, with good infrastructure, can be reached on foot in five minutes.

It is 40 square meters and is located in a 2-family house on the outskirts of Lenglern. On the upper level are the entrance, bedroom and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads directly from the bedroom down to the living area with a small kitchen. In front of it is the small terrace. Public parking is available right in front of the house. Public transport connection to Göttingen via buses and trains (in 9 minutes the train is at Göttingen train station)

We offer a cozy, renovated apartment in Göttingen (Weende). It is 4.9 km or 15 minutes by city bus, car or bike from the city. The clinic is 9 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. It invites you to hike due to its direct proximity to nature. It is the second-to-last row of houses to the field/forest. A hiking trail passes by. The basement apartment is located in a 2-family house and has its own entrance. 1 child up to 12 years is free!

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.
