This apartment with a large garden and a fantastic view is located directly on the Harder lake shore and is available again for our guests after our own use. It offers relaxed days for those seeking peace and quiet as well as various activities for sports enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity is the beach (newly built in 2024), the mini golf course, a boat rental, a skating rink and the possibility of SUP. Due to the location in the "Dreiländereck" [tri-border area], this is the perfect starting point for cycling tours and hikes.

Also ideal for the nearby ski resorts such as Bregenzerwald, Montafon or Arlberg. The Brandnertal is only a 30-minute drive away.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

The proximity to Lauterach train station makes it possible for you to be on the shores of Lake Bregenz or the festival grounds within 15 minutes of the property. In a leisurely 15-minute walk from the property you can reach the beautiful quarry lake "Jannersee" directly in the Ried nature reserve. Perfect for a city trip or a relaxing vacation. Also ideal for skiing and hiking!

The cultural and festival city of Bregenz is just a walk or short bike ride away. And with the Bregenzerwald, you have picture-book Vorarlberg on your doorstep. In the apartment you will find a booklet with a wealth of personal tips.

Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. In this sense, we welcome guests from near and far.
