About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

The gallery impresses with a chill-out corner, desk and training facility and a bed. The living room boasts a huge sofa, TV and swing. The modern kitchen has an induction stove and large refrigerator.

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

Eine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle und Backofen, Herd, Mini und normal großer Kühlschrank. Kaffeefiltermaschine und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden, ebenso Kaffee und Tee. Bäcker, Metzger und Bäckerkaffee sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Großer TV und Radio sowie Bücher zu lesen und mitnehmen sind vorhanden.
