The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The HOCHwasser holiday home is a special retreat with a breathtaking 360° view over the lake and fields. Relax in the sauna or in the sheltered patio with a fire pit, barbecue and lounge furniture. In the attic, there is a cosy lounge with a large couch, TV, Bluetooth sound and a mirror ball – perfect for special evenings.
