Within a few minutes, the southern suburb, the hip Connewitz and Karl-Liebknecht-Straße can be reached. The Neusseenland with Markkleeberger and Cospudener lakes are just a stone's throw away. The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

Located in a quiet location on the lake, you can enjoy an incomparable view of the water from here around the clock. Start your day with a coffee on the terrace or a refreshing swim in the lake, which is just a few steps away from the front door.

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

The newly created lakes in the south of Leipzig can also be reached in a few minutes. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Reservation is not possible.
