A little Apartment on a farm of former times is searching there guests. It is very quiet around our house. There are only 16 km / 10 miles to Leipzig city centre. That means you can visit a beautiful german City during the day and relax on fire in the evening or having barbecue... The small kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your food. Our village Dreiskau-Muckern has around 460 inhabitants. The distance between lake Störmthal and us is only 1km. 200m away you will find a nice park to hear the birds sing or watch other animals. PURE NATURE Direct in the old surface mine you can take a ride on a quad bike. There are well prepared cycleways around here. That means you can feel free to ask us for a bicycle. Leipzig is reachable by bus or we will take our guests to tram Terminus or Leipzig main station. Altogether our accommodation is for people searching a mixture between town and village.

The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The HOCHwasser holiday home is a special retreat with a breathtaking 360° view over the lake and fields. Relax in the sauna or in the sheltered patio with a fire pit, barbecue and lounge furniture. Below: bedroom, bathroom and sauna. On the 1st floor, there is a kitchen with a large dining table and a floating sleeping bunk. In the attic, there is a cosy lounge with a large couch, TV, Bluetooth sound and a mirror ball – perfect for special evenings.

There is a permaculture garden with chickens and a forest for hikes. If you want to go from nature to the big city, you only have to drive about 20 minutes to Leipzig. The tiny house is perfectly equipped. There is an oven and even a bathtub. Right in front of the house is a fireplace just for you.
