The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

The newly created lakes in the south of Leipzig can also be reached in a few minutes. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Reservation is not possible.

Our cottage in the countryside is a detached bungalow on a 900 square meter, beautiful garden plot on the outskirts of Leipzig. The property with a large garage (ping-pong table and punching bag), trampoline and slackline is at your disposal. I am happy to welcome you to the castle. Apartment No. 4 is located on the upper level (3rd floor) and faces northwest, from where you have a view of the park, the moat and the small lake. It has a bedroom-living room combination, full bathroom and kitchen. It offers tranquility and a beautiful view of the park landscape.
