Very comfortable studio

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the Holthausen/Raadt district. The quiet location directly on the nature reserve does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the center and the main train station is a few minutes' walk away. By car you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Messe Essen: approx. 10 min; Messe Ddorf: approx. 30 min Ddorf Airport: approx. 20 min; CentrO : approx. 25 min (each by car)

We rent our small guest room with private bathroom and a separate entrance. The room has a bed 80x200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160x200 cm. The room has "only" about 13qm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, refrigerator, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

In our house in a small cul-de-sac (in this respect, the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent out a separate 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area ) on the ground floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors.
