In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Ruhig gelegene, helle Einliegerwohnung in Rheinnähe mit Parkblick und kleiner Sonnenterrasse. Gegenüber Siebengebirge, Nähe Schloss Drachenburg (bekannt als Drehort von Babylon Berlin) und Drachenfels, hoher Freizeitwert. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen: Regional- Bahnhof Mehlem -Lannesdorf ca. 10min zu Fuß, Bushaltestelle nach Godesberg oder Bonn Zentrum ca. 250m. Der Preis enthält die von der Stadt Bonn mit 7% (immer teurer...) geforderte Beherbergungsabgabe = Tourismussteuer.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Quietly located, large, bright room on two levels with a cozy living area and a workspace. The upper sleeping area is accessible via a wide wooden staircase. Accommodation includes a bathroom and a balcony. The Rhine promenade can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, and the centre of Beuel is about 10 minutes away. ( cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets). By bus ( stop in 3min walking distance) you can reach Bonn city center in about 12-15min.

Whether an evening walk or enjoying nature, the immediate proximity to the Rhine offers a true relaxation factor. Nevertheless, be well connected: In just 15 minutes by bus to Bonn main station Culinary travel: There is a small and delicious French restaurant right in the house. I look forward to meeting you!

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"The shed" is a former workshop, which I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but in the middle of greenery, at the foot of Venus Mountain. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train takes 11 minutes to the main train station. The House of History is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center 1.9 km away. The open "shed" has its own entrance.

The renovated attic apartment with 2 rooms, private roof terrace and luxurious bathroom is part of our house in the middle of Königswinter (Attention: no full kitchen!): A perfect starting point for hikes, bike rides and discoveries in the Siebengebirge. Thanks to the good connection to public transport, Bonn and the Rhineland can be reached quickly - ideal for both leisure activities and business trips.

The apartment consists of a cozy first floor room and a bedroom with bathroom in the bright basement, which also contains a large window. Both rooms are connected by an internal staircase. The living room with high ceilings and stucco offers plenty of space. The beautiful, modern kitchenette with two hotplates, microwave and dishwasher allows for good self-catering.

A friendly and inviting decor with high stucco ceilings and balconies also make a longer stay a pleasant experience. This spacious apartment can accommodate 2 (1 bedroom) or up to 4 people (2 bedrooms). If 2 people need 2 bedrooms - please book for 3 people!
