High-speed network with 500 Mbit, Amazon Prime, YouTube Premium, cable TV, cooking facilities, washer-dryer (free washing and drying), very pleasant comfort shower, south balcony with lots of greenery. Even parking is easy to find. Otherwise 3 minutes' walk to railway line 9 (15 min to Kröpke). Nice restaurants nearby or in the famous Linden district (5 minutes by train). Nice surroundings with a small forest also for jogging and walking.

Apartment in a 1930s house - Hanover and Deister

Our 30-year-old house is located in a quiet and green residential area. The garden with old trees can also be used. We renovated the house ourselves and were keen to preserve the character. The apartment on the upper floor offers a good view of the garden and the Deister. By arrangement, I will gladly offer breakfast for a fee. Parking is available in front of the property. The S-Bahn station with a half-hour connection to Hanover is a 3-minute walk.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Forest and nature can be reached within minutes. The 60 sqm modern 2-room apartment with a very nice balcony in a south-facing location is part of it. The bedroom is equipped with a new and high-quality box-spring bed (200 × 200 cm). In the living room, there is a modern living area that can be pulled out into a comfortable double bed. The apartment is also ideal for trade fair guests.

Take a break and enjoy the relaxation in the Deister and the proximity to Hanover. The Deister invites you to hike and cycle. By public transport you can reach Hanover main station in about 30 minutes. A cozy, newly renovated room with a queen size bed awaits you. A private daylight bathroom with shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen are part of the room. A large terrace overlooking the Deister completes our offer.

The guest apartment is located in a rural area on a farm, the area is quiet and close to the city. It takes 20 minutes by car to get to the city center and only 15 minutes to the fair. Both are also accessible by public transport. Hanover is also easily accessible by bike via a superbly developed network of paths. Bike rental is possible to a limited extent.
