The cheerfully designed apartment has just under 33 square meters - enough space to rest & relax after an eventful day. In the bedroom there is a box spring bed and a large wardrobe. The comfortable living room couch can also be used as a sofa bed for another person. Directly in front of the apartment is the private terrace.

The Hierholzer pond is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony facing the pond provides 65 m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched. To the south there is an alpine view.
