Whether you want to explore the surroundings, recharge your batteries in the heart of nature, or simply relax, our tree house is the perfect place for your next vacation.

House 2 steps from the train station

Charming townhouse completely renovated, with south-facing terrace and walled garden, quiet in a small pedestrian cul-de-sac. A stone's throw from the train station (Paris Montparnasse in 2 hours 15 minutes) and 10 minutes by car from the first beach. Ideal for a work stopover or a relaxing stay, you can enjoy a peaceful environment while remaining close to the center and transport. The secure courtyard allows you to store your bikes (rental at the station) with peace of mind 🚲

Country house (25 minutes to the beach)

The Tertre aux Chevaux country house will offer you a stay in the heart of nature to enjoy with family or friends. The house is ideally located between Châtelaudren and Quintin, two charming small towns with character. Composed of 4 bedrooms, a large living room, an equipped kitchen, a veranda, two bathrooms and terrace, comfort will be at your fingertips. Surrounded by greenery, the one-hectare property is not overlooked, offering you great tranquility. Bed linens included.

Charming little stone house

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

In the very center of the small town of Quintinaise. Enjoy a stylish experience with a bird's-eye view of the pond. Completely renovated in 2023, you will find in this bright studio all the useful accessories for a pleasant stay. Between land and sea, you are located 20 minutes from the bay of Saint-Brieuc. The Space: Accessible through a key box, check-in times will be flexible. This cozy studio includes: a 140 cm bed, equipped kitchen, washing machine.

In the gourmet vegetable garden

Escape from the city and join nature to take a break in the heart of the Breton countryside. Our gîte located in a small hamlet, surrounded by animals and our vegetable garden (Vegetable baskets available depending on the season) is a peaceful place where you can relax. Located halfway between two small cities of character: Quintin and Chatelaudren, and 25 minutes from the coast. It lends itself to all your desires and reveals itself in all seasons!

Gîte Le Béguin, private jacuzzi

Come and escape with your other half in our charming cottage for lovers, elegantly decorated and fully private with a separate entrance. It is equipped with all modern comforts, with a king size bed, private jacuzzi, equipped kitchen, and relaxation area. Sit by the fire for romantic winter evenings, in summer you can also enjoy a large terrace. Located 1 km from Quintin, 3rd favorite village of the French in 2022 and 15 minutes from the sea

Bienvenue chez Benoît et Anne 😀 Nous mettons à disposition ce studio d'environ 30 m2, attenant à notre maison. Vous pourrez y accéder en toute indépendance. Nous vivons dans un quartier calme, dans une petite commune située à environ 10 minutes de la mer (baie de St Brieuc, côte de Goëlo). Nous mettons également à disposition une voiture à louer, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour plus d'informations !

Old watermill, quiet near St Brieuc

In a green setting and on the water, this cottage built in an old mill welcomes you in its warm style and all natural wood. Adjoining outbuildings still containing the mill mechanism, it faces the owners' house in a charming hamlet nestled in the hollow of the Gouët, and to the North Chaos (maze of stones covering the river). 10 km to the North and St Brieuc is available to you.

The "Le Relais de La Poterie" vacation rental is a stone house dating from the 17th century. It has just been renovated and can now accommodate a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 guests. It has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a lawn of 1200 m² located at the back, pleasant for gatherings with family or friends.
