The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. La Premsa de Cal Carulla. A house with history.

Old building where there was a wine press, restored into a fully equipped house. It has a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen with all the utensils including a dishwasher and a smart TV. There are three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two with a hydromassage shower and one with a bathtub. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other two single beds. Outside there is a private barbecue and garden furniture.
