Little Elm is set in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside and has a large private and secure enclosed garden with seating. First floor lounge with oak floorboards and uninterrupted country views. Ground floor wet room with slip resistant tiles and Infra red sauna. Large ground floor bedroom with fitted wardrobe. We provide a light breakfast. The kitchen has toaster, kettle ,microwave, double electric hob and fridge Cooked breakfast by prior arrangement.
We are close to the village of Brewood, with easy access to the M54. There are 5 local pubs and 3 restaurants in and around the village. We are on the doorstep of a number of English Heritage and National Trust properties, as well as Weston Park and its various events. Cosford Aerospace Museum, Severn Valley Railway and The World Heritage Site at Ironbridge Gorge are also close by.

  • My wife and I stayed with our two dogs for a mid week break in this lovely cottage. It’s a great place to stay, downstairs there is an adequately equipped kitchen and good sized bedroom with an extremely comfy bed. Also downstairs is the large wetroom which has an excellent shower and a sauna. The upstairs living room is lovely with a really comfy sofa and chair for watching TV. The large, shared garden area is secure for dogs and would be great in the warmer weather for sitting out. There are good pubs close-by (approx. 10 minutes walk in both directions) which are dog friendly and very welcoming. The cottage is well situated for walks along the canal and footpaths or further afield to the NH / NT attractions which are a short drive away. All in all a fantastic cottage and location and we would definitely stay again if visiting the area. Thank you Lynn.

  • We were very pleasantly surprised at how warm, clean and comfortable the place was. We would not normally book anywhere that allowed pets to stay as we don’t want to use beds, chairs etc that some pet owners allow their dogs to lay on. We can honestly say that it was so clean and there was no hint of a dog smell and we will definitely stay there again. Lynn and Simon were very welcoming and friendly but not intrusive.

  • We enjoyed our overnight stay at Lynn’s who was a great host, nothing too much trouble. From Lynn’s directions it is easy to find, there is gated security so arrange your arrival time. It was great to have home comforts with plenty for a quick breakfast (lovely homemade damson jam). The nearby village looked cute, we made a quick stop to the local st Chads church which was stunning. We ate in the recommended Oakley Arms which is a walk away (no pavements) which was very nice.

    We supply tea, coffee, and a couple of pints of milk - there's a chinese restaurant in the village for take away/eating in and local shops near by in Handsacre and Kings Bromley. The coach house is very private and secluded
    Ridware Hall and the Coach House are situated up a single track road, at the end of the village, with great views across the fields towards Cannock Chase. There is a lovely church dating back to the 1100's which still holds regular worships, and a pub within walking distance, and some great restaurants a cab drive away
  • Roys Coach House is definitelly top quality accomodatio. For larger groups of people that love to get together. We had been to his place multiple times by now, and there is always something improved and better. Spotless clean, multiple baths, comfy beds, very stylish place to rest and enjoy beauty of english countryside. Plenty of local tips and the most attentive and friendly welcome is a cherry on top :-) we will be back again as there are not many places like this and we absolutely loved it!

  • A wonderful place to celebrate my mum's birthday, with plenty of space for six adults. We ate in on both nights and found the kitchen to be well resourced. The quality of the home-ware and linens also couldn't be faulted. As someone else mentioned, the walled garden was beautiful, it's just a shame the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it!

  • Absolutely sublime. I booked the Coach House for my wife's surprise 40th and everything about the weekend delivered. Not only is the venue spacious and immaculately clean, but quiet and welcoming too. You've very close to say many local amenities and things to do, but the Coach House affords you the opportunity to feel like you have escaped. We came with friends to celebrate my wife's birthday and the space was perfect for adults, but also well equipped for families, too, allowing our children (and baby!) to join in the celebrations. Roy is the consummate host - very quick communication, very forthcoming with information and a fantastic host. The walled garden was a particular highlight for me - a wonderful oasis that I'd love to see in full bloom. One of the best Airbnb experiences I've had the pleasure to experience. Highly recommended.

    In the most beautiful part of the city, close to Tettenhall Village and canal walks. Minutes away from the countryside, and historic manor houses. 20 minutes drive for RAF Cosford aeronautical museum. 30 minutes drive from Ironbridge, The Wrekin, Telford Shopping Centre, Birmingham Bull Ring Shopping Centre. 5 minutes walk to local Tesco Express and Co-op. Please note: The cost is the same for 2 people sharing one bed , however, if you book for 2 people and BOTH the beds are needing to be used - a charge of £10 will be made payable upon arrival to cover the cost of preparing etc the 2nd bed. Pets : We are happy for well behaved pets to stay but there is a one-off charge of £10 per pet payable on arrival. Parking is available in our drive.
    In the greenest part of the town, Tettenhall is a charming area with St Michaels Church (CofE) as a landmark feature. Great eating places nearby. A selection of excellent pubs and eateries nearby. Fast food outlets including Domino's Pizza's , award winning fish and chips, carveries, Chinese take away all within a 5 minute drive. Beautiful canal walks 5 minutes away where you can walk for hour and get away from it all. A small park with rides for walking your pet or taking your children is just a few minutes away on foot. The main West Park with it's Victorian hothouse and lake is just a 5 minute car ride away.

    There are 3 bedrooms and the room/bed configuration is as follows :~ Top Floor:~ 2 double bedrooms,each with a double bed and an en suite shower room. One of the bedrooms also has a day bed in it. Middle Floor:~ A king size bed which will split into 2 singles if required and an en suite shower room. The remaining 3 guests can be accommodated on folding Z beds which can be put up in any of the rooms and also in the sitting room for privacy if required. Situated on the green in Market Place,Abbots Bromley,a 3 storey grade listed building for guests alone. Due to the age of the building there are low beams and uneven floors. Free wifi, ample parking. All luxury en-suite rooms, breakfast room with lounge/tv area,house bathroom,fully equipped kitchen. We have 4 thriving pubs all within staggering distance and a wonderful Indian restaurant. Arrive, park the car and simply relax for a couple of days or there are plenty of activities and attractions including, Cannock Chase, Alton Towers, Shugborough Estate, Blithfield Reservoir(great for walking and twitching),walking (we are situated right on the Staffordshire Way), cycling, fishing and golf all close by. We have a drying room for wet muddy boots. Picnics can be provided, bikes and fishing gear can be stored. A home from home friendly, luxury stay in a beautiful shabby chic style.
    The village is very picturesque with a lot of history including the famous traditional 'Horn Dance' held here every September. We are right in the centre though set back from the road. Lots of walks in the area, pubs, gift shop, Indian restaurant.
  • Nice personal welcome and tour of the place, clean and comfortable with interesting knickknacks and quirky old house vibe. Friendly hosts living really near. Fully functional kitchen with tea coffee etc. provided, comfy beds and lots of hot water. We recommend trying the local Indian restaurant Infinitii- amazing meal we had there. Only negative- the lounge doubles as the b&b breakfast room when not being rented as a whole house, so we found there wasn't enough comfy seating for evening socialising, only one sofa and others had to sit on dining chairs.

  • Our group booked buttercross as we were attending a wedding at Hoar Cross Hall (less than 10mins drive) and wanted somewhere that could accommodate us all as we had people coming from Australia, N Wales and Plymouth. We honestly get like we had won the Airbnb lottery, it’s beautiful, quirky, spacious and has everything you could ever need. It really was like staying in your own home.   • Place isnt fair from town centre about 5 or 10 mins from train station depensing on how fast you walk. We were met at the place even though we arrived late due to cancelled train. Warm welcome we were showed to flat it was open plan very nice, if your going to gigs at the kk steel mill its ideal as the venue is 5 min walk from flat. Quite area comfy bed and great for the price. Would certainly recommend and would love to stay there again in future.

    Whilst separate from our semi detached house, the annexe is Our Home / Our Guest Home. It is a place to wrap up in the blankets, put up your feet, relax and be cosy. Its not a mansion but It Is a Hidden Gem In The Town. Probably, The Best Hotel Room that you could get for the price. With plenty of well kept outdoor spaces, providing you with more facilities and homely space than any hotel room.
    Being a stones throw away from our house, our annexe building offers you complete independence and privacy whilst being our guest. Having your own kitchenette, on suite and office space, you can spend quality time either relaxing or catching up with your work whilst on the move. Kitchenette provides you with an induction hob, electric frying pan, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. There is also a washing machine (washing powder provided free of charge) and drying rack. The Annexe has electric wall heaters to make sure you are cozy throughout the year.
    Located on a quite street, you can listen to the birds singing throughout the seasons.

  • Stayed here a number of weeks during my placement. Mark and Evita are both very kind and accommodating. The place is very clean and comfortable and I would reccomend staying there if you're wanting to explore or stay for work. It's also an easy drive to get to Stafford and the neighbourhood is a nice area. There are supermarkets near by too along with little shops. The space is very private but the hosts are there if you need them. Thanks for my stay Mark and Evita! :)

    A quiet residential area on the edge of Hednesford Hills, a great place to walk and fill your lungs with fresh air. The Trafalgar (the Traff) local pub is just a few minutes walk away and offers good value drinks and typical pub food. There are plenty of fantastic pubs offering excellent food scattered across the local countryside, all within easy reach. Hednesford village is just one mile away with several pubs, takeaways and restaurants. Lichfield is a great place to spend an evening with plenty of dining and drinking options. Birmingham city centre is easily accessible by train from Hednesford train station with fast frequent services throughout the day.

    Brookside Farm is a smallholding, with a variety of animals that guests can interact with. We are situated on the edge of Cannock Chase, off the main road, but close to bus route. Rugeley Town centre is close by with a variety of places to eat and drink. Guests are welcome to use living room and kitchen, there is a tea/coffee making facilities in room.
    Room is double room with a king size bed, with a private separate bathroom, with bath and separate shower.
    We are on the edge of Cannock Chase, 25 miles from Alton Towers and 18 miles from Drayton Manor park and Zoo, 10 miles from The National Memorial Arboretum, 11 miles from Stafford County Showground. There are several national trust places to visit close by too.

    Each of the beds have Sealy bed toppers (both in double and single) bed linen is 300 thread count (hotel quality). The pillows are Medium support, both pillows and duvets are hypoallergenic. On our arrival we were pleased to see a range of fruits on the table, milk in the fridge, and an assortment of packages to make hot beverages. The beds are soft, and comfortable to sleep, especially with all those pillars and cushions on each of the three rooms. You will definitely feel like being at home away from your home. The property has all the comforts that you would want to have in your own house. Finally, if you are there and you have any technical issues or you just want something to be sorted, don't hesitate to get in touch with Ann-Marie, because she will have Martella or someone else out to you immediately. The bus stop is just 70 yards away. It goes directly to Wolverhampton town centre for £4 return per day (or £2 one way) directly from Wolverhampton you can catch a tram (the metro) which goes to Birmingham and takes approx 20 minutes. Metro runs from Wolverhampton to Birmingham, so it's perfect for getting to Bilston, Wednesbury, West Bromwich, The Hawthorns and the Jewellery Quarter.   • I had to come to Wolverhampton in very stressful circumstances and needed somewhere appropriate to stay where I could look after and cater for myself as well as visit my very sick husband in a nearby hospital. This accommodation was just perfect really. It was just 5 minutes drive to where I needed to go and I noted was very easy to commute to other parts of the midlands too. There is everything you need in this little maisonette (which is an extension from the host property) to live very comfortably away from home. There are plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area which I personally didn’t require because there was everything i needed in the accommodation to cook and prepare food for myself. As a female alone, I felt extremely safe and secure. I was able to remain independent whilst having confidence in my host Harry and Khin that they were just a call away should I have needed them. They are kind, caring and very thoughtful without being intrusive at all. Although my visit wasn’t in the best of circumstances, my visit was a very positive one which will encourage me to use Airbnb again in the future. I thank them very much indeed.

    Aldridge is still known as The Village and has a compact but well catered village centre. We have a Costa coffee.. as well as Morrisons cafe, Subway and Weatherspoons . However we also offer a unique pub called The Turtles Head offering beers from Micro Breweries....along with one off places like Cafe in the Square and Simply Delicious.     Detached garden annex in a quiet country village on the outskirts of Stafford. Our oak framed building has a really tranquil vibe and is the perfect way to escape the hubbub of everyday life. It is newly decorated and furnished to a high standard with a kingsize bed, double bed size sofa bed, 2 dining chairs with a small breakfast table. There is a kitchen area with kettle, fridge, toaster, and microwave. The ensuite is small but perfectly formed with toilet, shower, sink & underfloor heating.
    It would make the perfect place for a romantic getaway or perfect place to stop for a family of four going to Alton towers and with cannock chase on our doorstep even four hairy mountain bikers could fit if they don't mind bunking in together! There will be a welcome pack for your continental breakfasts of homemade cake, homemade bread where possible, jam, marmalade, butter, Cereal, orange juice, yoghurt and milk....and of course, tea and coffee. I do not provide a cooked breakfast. We also have quite a large collection of DVD's that we have left in the annex, just in case you fancy going old skool and watching an old classic or maybe something just plain silly (the dvd player is in there too and a TV large enough to watch telly in bed!) We have wifi but as we are quite rural we do have the odd glitch and sometimes mobile phone reception isn't all that great, depending on your network provider. Babies are welcome, however we do not have a cot so you would need to bring your own.
    We are 3.5 miles from the town centre where there are some historic buildings including the ancient high house (the largest surviving timber framed townhouse in the UK), The gatehouse theatre, a new multi screen cinema and shopping centre and plenty of good places to eat and drink. Cannock chase, an area of outstanding natural beauty is 2 miles from our front door and accessible via a beautiful public footpath for hikers or 1.8 miles down a country road for mountain bikers. If MTB bikers are looking for more challenging rides then the "Follow the dog" and 'Monkey" trails which take off from Birches valley forest centre are only 7.5 miles away by road. This is also where the forest live concerts take place as well as a 'Go ape' and lots more forest to explore. The national trust Shugborough hall estate is 2.6 miles from here. Alton towers is 27 miles away (approx 50 mins) You can get to the peak district in around an hour so a good days hiking is doable. The cathedral city of Lichfield is only 15 miles away and is accessible by bus from the end of our lane. Wedgwood visitor centre is 17 miles and the rest of the potteries just a stones throw away from there. We can arrange a mountain bike lesson or guided tour(subject to availability) and also if you require bike wash facilities and storage, this can also be arranged. Stafford county showground is 3.8 miles. There are some great shops, pubs, resaurants and takeaways in the local area including a Co-op, chinese takeaway, Dominoes pizza and fish and chips just 1.1 miles away. If you need recommendation just ask.

We were made to feel so welcome by the friendly hosts who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. They provided generous goodies for our breakfast and even made us a delicious heart cake as it was Valentines Day when we arrived! That was definitely going above and beyond and we were extremely touched and grateful. The accommodation is cosy, comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. The bed and bed linen are fantastic. I could have stayed much longer than our 7 days and will definitely book there again when I visit the area in the future. I will be sure to recommend it to anyone going that way.     Treat the home as home from home. John and Denise are very quiet and lovely couple and warm to host you. Interior walls in the hall way are painted with soft cream, bedroom doors in brilliant white colour, enhancing the cream frames. The walls have a brighter feel leading to the landing in straight soft cream. New carpet on the stairs. Inside rooms are as seen in the photos.
    Quiet and access to the garden is there. With road side car parking. The house has bathrooms on every floor and there fore as a guest you will have one of theses floors to yourself. The lounge is open to you as a priority and therefore we leave the space for you to choose and watch your own TV programmes while we retire to our own third floor en-suite. The TV is in the shared area the lounge.
    Very quiet neighbourhood. Secluded area, as there is only one entrance drive in and out of the area, with many professionals; medical doctors, university lecturers, teachers, directors and ceos of various companies and organisations who live here. It is the newly builds now just 11 years old. People in the neighbourhood are very polite and therefore, walking to the town centre is as easy as anything could be. It is also within walking distance to the manor hospital. Very ideal for doctors and nurses coming for placement or training. In addition, the arboretum park is within 10 minutes walk where you can relax and enjoy the beauty for Walsall.

    Hi, myself and my wife both live in the house with our two dogs Milo and Lilly who are very friendly and affectionate. We have two double rooms available on the second floor with a shared bathroom between them. Both rooms have wifi a TV and access to Netflix, Now TV and Amazon Prime. We share the ground floor which has the kitchen and living room of which continental breakfast will be provided as well as an evening meal @7pm. Anything special just let us know and we will get it for you

It’s 20-min walk into the town centre and will only cost £1 by bus. (bus stop only a short distance from their place). Lilly & Milo perfected my evenings after a long day at work.     There is much to see and do, the village shop is 10 minutes walk away, another 5 minutes walk takes you to the Canal Side Café and Farm shop (lovely cakes and coffee). The village pub is only 12 minutes walk away (The Clifford Arms) it has a good selection of ales and does good food. The Wolseley Arms pub is 5 minutes drive away, if you like a roaring fire and good food its the place to go. Its also worth going to the Dog and Doublet at Sandon (10 minutes drive) has great food. Places for that special occasion with fabulous food are Weston Hall (also do a nice afternoon tea) and the Saracens Head at Weston (booking is advisable)

Sonia was very welcoming and provided a welcome basket of bread, cereal and milk and an ample supply of tea, coffee, sugar and other larder items. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was amazing. Lovely quiet location with ample parking and close to the local bus routes.   • Lovely, very clean cottage in the middle of England. Host Sonia leaves you a first day breakfast which is nice. She welcomed us in person and showed us around the property. Have stayed here once before. I came back a few years later and Sonia has kept everything up to date. There are plenty of towels and bedding. Modern appliances. Very close to Cannock Chase. Nice television with plenty of channels for rainy days. There are also plenty of board games and books. There are also rescue goats on the property. They are very tame and my one year old granddaughter loved feeding them banana peels. (Sonia said it was OK) WiFi worked fine in the living room. It was a bit spotty in the rest of the house. This is only a minor glitch and one that I run across frequently out in the country. Internet is almost a necessity today. You use it to find everything. It is the phone-book of today. Yeah, I know I am showing my age. Again, service was fine in one end of the house. That was really all we required. The owner's house is on the same property.     The flat is in a very quite place. It's quite near to town centre. To catch a bus it's only 20 yard walk from my place. Eat out places just 50 yard walk as well. It's on the second floor very spaces room and you can see greenery out of room window. Very neat and clean flat.
    It's very close to Birmingham city airport, NEC and Bullring centre. There is black musiam and cosford very near to my place. Eating out very close. The best thing is the West park very beautiful.

  • Very safe and secure here! Truly dog friendly accommodation, most people say accommodation is dog friendly but they have thought of everything here. Such thoughtful touches everywhere, even a first aid kit! Spotlessly clean, lovely and warm and an amazing dog friendly pub just over the road and also forest walks. A fab location!! Locked gates at night with access via a fob. Absolutely perfect, can’t fault it at all!

Very kind and thoughtful touches such as chocolates, biscuits, dog treats, milk, fresh orange, eggs and different cereals - thank you! Philip was a wonderful host and more than helpful in sharing local knowledge of walks and places to eat. The pub - The Chetwynd Arms is a must visit! The accommodation was very cosy, the beds extremely comfortable and little touches like bath sheets for towels, shower gels, shampoos and even cotton buds!     Hi, myself and my wife both live in the house with our two dogs Milo and Lilly who are very friendly and affectionate. We have two double rooms available on the second floor with a shared bathroom between them. Both rooms have wifi a TV and access to Netflix, Now TV and Amazon Prime. We share the ground floor which has the kitchen and living room of which continental breakfast will be provided as well as an evening meal @7pm. Anything special just let us know and we will get it for you
