In July & August, per week! Our unique house is on a headland with water on 2 sides. Centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Nearby are marinas and recreational homes. From the road, you walk to the ferry, with which you sail to the cottage yourself. The house is only accessible by raft/boat. The house has a garden, wooden scaffolding and seats. Inside, the house is equipped with all comforts: there is floor heating, air conditioning and WiFi. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2nd toilet and bathroom.

If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Beautiful Loft in the center of Breukelen.

In the center of historic Breukelen you will find our amazing loft, within walking distance of the beautiful Vecht river and delicious restaurants . The loft has all the comforts such as air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine plus dryer. Breukelen is ideally suited for a hiking or cycling holiday. The beautiful Loosdrecht lakes are 10 minutes away by bike. In addition, in 20 minutes by train, you will be in the center of both Utrecht and Amsterdam.

Very complete house on an island with its own motorboat. All this in a beautiful area with lots of nature, where there is enough to do for everyone. In the garden, you can relax in a hammock, jump on a trampoline, go canoeing, paddle boarding and swimming from your own jetty. Nearby you can continue hiking and cycling to the nearby village of Breukelen and/or hiking along the Vecht. From Breukelen station, you can reach the city center of Amsterdam or Utrecht by train in 25 minutes.

Tienhoven is a lovely quiet village in nature

The Polderschuur is an independent house for up to 2 people, with all the facilities you could wish for. On the ground floor you enter the cozy living room with kitchen. The bright, stylishly furnished living room is a wonderful place to spend time. Relax on the big couch with a good book or watch a movie or your favorite program on the TV with excellent sound system and radio. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, combination microwave, pressure cooker and Nespresso machine.

Een mooi en ruim appartement geschikt voor 2 personen, midden in het Groene Hart, maar ook dichtbij Amsterdam en Utrecht. Een prachtige plek met veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen, te wandelen of een stedentrip te maken. Het appartement kijkt uit op kasteel de Haar. Het appartement heeft een eigen entree. Op de begane grond is een hal, een ruime woonkamer met keuken . Ook de badkamer is op de begane grond. Op de eerste etage is een grote slaapkamer met een goed tweepersoonsbed.

Private realm in glorious garden

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

The apartment is located in the outskirts of Breukelen on the river De Vecht, near the Loosdrechtse Plassen, centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht in a beautiful, rural area with beautiful estates on the Vecht. Ideal for cycling, hiking and boating, city trips and fishing.

Our cozy furnished holiday chalet has a beautiful garden and a large terrace with a private jetty for a sloop or small motorboat. There is a direct sailing connection to the Loosdrechtse Plassen and the Vecht. The house is equipped with all comforts, including fast WiFi, all modern kitchen appliances, air conditioning, heating and a washing machine. Directly at the house, there are two private parking spaces.

November 20th - April 1st 2026: jacuzzi in the garden (4 people, additional fee requested). Unique Teahouse directly on the historical river, 'de Vecht'. Free parking. Utrecht and Amsterdam can easily be reached by car or public transport. You can also reach us by boat, berths available onsite. Guesthouse on estate on the Vecht

Stay in the former eighteenth-century summer house of the Bouwerij on the Ridderhofstad Gunterstein estate on the Vecht in Breukelen. The summer cottage is located on the grounds of a small-scale organic dairy farm, a farm with 70 hectares of land adjacent to the Loosdrechtse lakes, where our cows, mostly traditional Dutch black and white cows, graze in an ancient park-like cultural landscape.
