Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

The guest house has NO kitchen and NO breakfast. The supermarkets, restaurants, city center, bus station, and train stations are within short walking distance. There is NO FREE PARKING nearby.

Bathroom with shower and toilet. 2nd floor: attic with washing machine (rest of the attic not available to guests). Large sunny backyard to the south. Private parking space at the front.

The Atelier in Eemnes is a nice detached cottage on our property. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a large double bed and a spacious walk-in shower. The cottage is located on the Eempolder, a nature reserve where many birds can be found. The Gooische heath and forests are within cycling distance. The cozy villages of Eemnes, Laren and Blaricum are also easily accessible by bicycle. Longer stays are also possible, just send a message for availability
