Stay quiet and rural close to several beautiful southern villages!

Do you and your family want peace and time together? We rent out a home in rural and quiet surroundings, but still close to most major attractions in the south: Lillesand (20 min), Grimstad (35min) and Kristiansand and Dyreparken (about 30 min). The accommodation is located in beautiful surroundings close to nature and in a vibrant agricultural environment with sheep, hens, cows and cat. The area and home are very children friendly Feel free to rent a canoe for hiking in the paddle-eldorado Ogge, or enjoy the trails and viewpoints in the area! Welcome to us!

Welcome to Østre Aas farm.

In the middle of the forest, our farm is located on a hill in scenic surroundings with very good sun conditions. Over the last year, we have completely renovated the brewer's house on the farm and are now ready to welcome guests here. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and up to 3 children. The old bakery oven is kept and the cozy rustic style. At the same time here you are all of modern facilities through new bathroom and kitchen. The place is 30 min from Kristiansand Zoo and 15 min from the cozy southern village of Lillesand

The apartment is located by a river with good baths and fishing opportunities. It's a good place for couples, solo travelers, families (with children), large groups. Short distance to the zoo in Kristiansand, the summer town Lillesand and 15 min to cross-country ski slopes with several lengths in the skiing season.The apartment is suitable for swimming for summer and winter holidays.

Peaceful area with great hiking areas right outside the door. 15 min from the center of Kristiansand, 3 min walk down to the area's small cozy area of beach and pier. Cozy treehouse in the trees at Harkmark for rent all year round. The cabin is well insulated and has a wood stove ready to use. The cabin otherwise consists of a small kitchen,toilet, a bedroom and loft with double bed. Sofa bed with room for 2 in the living room. The outside area contains a large dining table, fire pit and a hammock. Downstairs the cabin there is a water where there is set out 8 canoe that you can borrow for free, as well as a gap with barbecue facilities.

Modern apartment in quiet area

The apartment is in a quiet area. There is good parking at the entrance area in addition to the carport. It takes 5 minutes by car to Birkeland city centre . There you will find bakery, grocery stores, pharmacy etc. Birkeland is known for its nice hiking trails for the whole family. Salmon fishing in Tovdalselva is also possible in season. It takes 20 minutes to Kristiansand Dyrepark by car, 14 minutes to the south village of Lillesand and 31 minutes to Kristiansand.
