Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

CHARMING APPARTMENT NEAR THE BORDER, 150M2

My bungalow is spacious, has four bed-rooms, a huge living, a large dining-room, 2 kitchens, soon 2 bath-rooms, 2 toilets ,3 persons can sleep in the underground . There is also a very pleasant terrace and a wide garden, a pond, only the nature behind the house! it is very quiet and peaceful! But modern life isn´t far, in the village you have very good shops and lovely inns and coffe-shops. In June, July ,August September and December, I give the house 4 to 8 guests only.

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk from the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a beautiful pedestrian zone with many shopping opportunities and a worth seeing environment. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europapark or nearby Alsace are recommended. Parking is available near the accommodation in public parking (Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm for a fee).

Feel comfortable in our apartment at the foot of the Black Forest. You live quietly on the edge of the city center. Shops, restaurants, cafes, as well as a great children's playground are within walking distance in a few minutes. Achern is conveniently located between the Rhine and the mountains and between Baden-Baden and Strasbourg. Nearby are ski lifts, trails, hiking and cycling trails.
