Beautiful place to relax in Workum

This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Welcome to our lovely house "Achter de Turf" in Medemblik. Located on the flowing water. At the front, there is ample parking for your car, and if you come by boat, you can moor it in Westerhaven. The house offers plenty of comfort and is within walking distance of the city center, where shops, restaurants and cozy terraces are available. Medemblik is located on the IJsselmeer and the surrounding dike where you can enjoy the West Frisian area. Amsterdam is a 50-km drive.

Enjoy peace, space, and coziness at this authentic farmhouse. Our farmhouse is built in 1904 to West Frisian model, and has served as a garnish shop in addition to farmhouse. When we bought the farm, he was 116 years old, and had the necessary overdue maintenance. Little by little we are renovating the house, so it now has well-functioning heating again! We're putting Airbnb's proceeds back into the home, so we're now saving up for renovating the roof.
