You will be 15 mn away from the RER B that takes you to Paris center or Charles de Gaulle airport. The tramway T1 - down my building - takes you to the metro 7 and 13. Facilities for sports events or concerts are near the apartment (Saint-Denis Basilica, Stade de France ...). You can use a private, secured, underground parking spot.

With metro lines 13 and 14 at the bottom of the building, you will be 15 minutes by metro from Saint-Lazare, 20 minutes from Châtelet and 10 minutes on foot from the Stade de France, the location is ideal for visiting Paris.
