Come and have a good time and enjoy the comfort in my spacious and comfortable studio 20 minutes by metro from the center of Paris. Quiet neighbourhood, on the ground floor of a small renovated building with 5 apartments and a small garden at the back. Pets and cigarettes are not allowed in the studio. CCTV in common areas. Free secure parking with reservation. The cars will be parked in single file and will move little or not at all during the stay. Convenience store and laundromat just a stone's throw away.
