The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Welcome to 't Sinkhofje, where everything is available for a few wonderful days. Through a private entrance, you can reach the kitchen and the small but comfortable living room. On the first floor, you will find the bathroom and the bedroom with two single box springs. Outside on your own terrace, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
Our cottage is within walking distance of the beautiful IJssel. The old town of Zwolle can be reached in fifteen minutes by bike.

In our studio, you surround yourself with comfort and a homely atmosphere. The studio has a kitchen, toilet and shower. Located on the outskirts of Zwolle, yet still a short distance from the city centre. The studio is easily accessible via its own entrance. You can cycle or drive to the lively centre of Zwolle in about 15 minutes. Stadshagen train station is only a 9-minute walk away, with direct train connections to Zwolle Centraal (4 min) and Kampen (7 min).

In the city center of Hanzestad Zwolle is this historic, small mansion, where you have a completely private space with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The property dates from 1906 and still contains authentic elements such as old panel doors and stained glass windows. The apartment is accessible via a staircase and covers 2 floors. It is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Suitable for 2 people, no pets allowed.
