The location was perfect- you can see the sea perfectly and the place was super modern and once inside it has a feeling of luxury! Parking a little tricky, but it was free once we found somewhere and the front door wasn’t the easiest to get into but 2 super minor points as this really was such a perfect place to stay? The location was ideal for us! The bed was really comfy, beautiful kitchen and open plan living and the bathroom was WOW! Thanks for such a lovely stay!

Notting Hill Glow was exactly as described. On a busy street, but wooden bedroom doors filter almost all of the nighttime noise. Not having air conditioning was not an issue for us as daytime highs were under 80 degrees and nighttime was cooler, but I can imagine it could be uncomfortable if temperatures reached the 90s. We were able to walk to several great restaurants and pubs. Comfortable bed.

Spotlessly clean. Incredible location. Super efficient hosts. Will become a regular pit stop when in the capital.

Fabulous apartment in Brighton with the added bonus of a parking space. The location is great and the accommodation has everything you could need. Everything was cleaned to a high standard and the check-in instructions were top notch. Thank you for a great stay.

We really loved Alan and Jennys home. We were greeted by Alan, and shown upstairs to our apartment. The apartment had all we needed and has a lovely bright bedroom with a large comfy bed. The location is really good, the proximity to the gardens, the shops and restaurants is exactly right, close enough to walk to but not so close that it intrudes. We loved the house itself, from the intriguing art works, the countless books and the gardens. We felt like real guests in their home whilst still having our privacy. We'd definitely love to stay there again.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and promenade. Plenty of variety in the many local restaurants and cafes nearby. Hastings pier and town is a short walk away.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

We spent a few days here and were all blown away by the space! It’s modern and interesting and perfectly curated for a relaxing stay. The outside area is a haven and the hot tub, a wonderful bonus. Ben was an exceptionally friendly host and made us feel welcome in the space, giving us recommendations and if we bumped into him, he always asked how we were - it made the experience even better. It is by far the best Air BnB I have stayed in!

Great value for money - excellent location - good facilities - very clean and tidy. Genuinely the best part was the host and receptive experience and communications - great stay - loved the place.

What a wonderful place……everything as described….David & Donna provided a great welcome pack. The house had everything needed for a relaxing break. Beach was quiet and clean. Games room was a hit for the competitive people in our group! View from the sitting room was stunning ……Plenty of parking and was very easy to find.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The barn was so comfortable and peaceful and very well equipped, especially for our 8 month old baby. We loved Georgina’s dogs and the relaxed vibe all around! Great location - 2 minutes away from Gusbourne and very close to Rye.

Our daughter was very recently diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy. Due to her medication, we were unable to fly, which meant that we had to cancel our planned family trip abroad for her 1st birthday. We found Alex and Lucie’s listing and it seemed almost too good to be true! Somewhere that we could keep our youngest shielded, whilst also giving us a place to give our eldest a real feel of a holiday. The cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept. Everything about it is perfect. Alex and Lucie added additional personal touches, like a hooded towel for the little one and additional pool checks to ensure that she was kept safe, which we appreciated immensely. I’m not sure if it was me or our eldest that had most fun in the pool and the pool toys got plenty of use! We said within a few hours of arriving that we would love to return and we look forward to doing so in the future. Thank you so much for helping us to give our little ones (and us) exactly what was needed!

The place is beautiful and spacious also private, the pictures don't quite do it justice. A wonderful getaway location and the setup is family friendly. Rob is an excellent host and was always very accommodating and responsive.

First of all, Billie and Max are excellent hosts who communicate very well, respond quickly to questions, and are extremely helpful. Thank you for all the support you provided throughout the entire process. The apartment’s location is fantastic—very close to two different tube stations. What I loved most was its proximity to Hyde Park. If you enjoy walking, you can easily add a short stroll through the park to your daily routine :) It’s situated in a very peaceful and quiet area, yet still close to lovely cafés and restaurants. In this neighborhood, you don’t feel like a tourist but more like a local, truly immersing yourself in the spirit of the city. I’m already looking forward to staying in this apartment again. Thank you for everything✌🏻

We had a great time at Steven's place. The view from the living room is great and the place has all the things you need. Everything in the town was accessible by foot. We can definitely recommend it.

This is my 2nd visit to Richard’s property and I still love it as much as I did the first time. Right in the centre of Canterbury, it’s a perfect location for shops, museums, transport etc. The apartment has everything in it you need and is very comfortable. All contact with Richard is fast and friendly. His written instructions are very clear on accessing the apartment too. Fab place, fab City, fab host.

The apartment was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wood-burning stove and the terrace with its peaceful view were definite highlights.

Excellent central location. Easy to walk to the beach and into town. Lovely cosy flat very well equipped with everything we needed. Host was very friendly and gave great information and recommendations. Would love to stay here again.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

This was our fourth stay here at David's Annexe which really speaks for itself. It's the gift that keeps giving each time we return. The annexe was spotlessly clean as always ,with all aspects of our stay catered for.We wanted for nothing in the chalet as everything had been thought out carefully. Even dog blankets and doggy treats for those who bring a dog,although we didnt. The weather was beautiful every day,which was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable,and the kitchen area was superb. The milk in the fridge which was waiting for us on arrival,along with the yummy biscuits were really appreciated after a long journey. David and Lisa our hosts as always were more than happy to help out with any request,always with a genuine smile that made such a difference. We want to mention Reggie their lovely dog,who always made us welcome when we sat out on David's private beach on the seats he so kindly made available to us for free use. So in a word it was Utopia. This was such a lovely flat! Gorgeous view, close to town, seafront and West Cliff. I loved the little balcony and garden at the back, it was a sun trap and so peaceful. The flat is super clean and has everything you need, had the best stay!
