Sensational Conversion Featured in Grand Designs This old St.John Ambulance Station has been recently converted into a stunning, beautiful four-bedroom home, earning it features in Grand Designs Magazine, Deezen and winner of Architects Journal's Retrofit Award plus shortlist for the World Architecture Awards. The ideal place for hosting a holiday with both friends and family (and dogs!). Located within the old town walls of Rye and just a few minutes walk from the train station. Rye High Street is just a minute's walk up cobbled Conduit Hill. The space The home offers exceptional space with a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. A double sided wood burner in the centre of the living area is fully functional and guests are welcome to enjoy this feature. Also on the ground floor is a shower room and one double bedroom - suitable for wheelchair use. As you continue upstairs you arrive at the second double bedroom and the main bathroom. Just past these is a twin room with single beds that can both be pulled out in to doubles. The master bedroom located at the far end of the property features an en-suite shower, super king sized bed and a picturesque view over part of Rye. The front doors can be both opened to allow for wheelchair access. Pets are allowed but confirm with ask us before you book. We recommend booking for up to 8 adults or 6 adults and 4 children. There is a fire pit and outdoor seating in the outside area.

This luxurious two bedroom cottage is right beside the sandy beach. There is a spacious open-plan lounge (inc wood-burner) and dining area. The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with two single sofa-beds. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery. The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC. Outside is a large family garden, table & chairs.

Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. Peaceful, with good views, great walks, 2 sitting rooms, big cosy log burning stove, big fluffy towels & dressing gowns, 600TC sheets, super comfy bed, plumped pillows, 2 big smart TVs, wifi & Sonos. Soak in a free-standing bath or big shower and stretch out on an enormous sofa and admire the view up the valley - You won't want to leave! If you do the Little House is well placed for pubs, beaches, vineyards, gardens, Rye and Hastings and many other treats only a walk or short drive away.

A beautiful little cottage at the bottom of the old town of Rye with an open fire, sweet bathroom & private courtyard. It suits a couple & child (3 guests max). Beautiful decor & very cosy. Fast Wifi, Sky TV, logs & coal, tea & coffee, biscuits etc. The beds have extremely comfortable mattresses with the finest pillows & duvets. Bike rental is available opposite the house to explore the area. Come back from the beach, light the fire, have a bath, pour a glass of vino and totally relax!

Rother - Rye is a studio in the centre of Rye. It’s in an fab location to see all the town. Just 2 minutes walk from The Landgate Arch, and Conduit Hill which both lead to the high street. The popular Waterworks brewery is just at the end of the street. This studio has a king size bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen. The entrance to the property has stairs. Characterful first floor apartment in the heart of Rye, with original beams and plasterwork. Four Doors is situated in a quiet street seconds from the restaurants, shops and bars in the High Street.
