If you’re looking for a trip to the Isle of Wight by hovercraft or ferry, to hit the shops and restaurants at Gunwharf Quays, a cultural experience at the DDay Museum and Historic Dockyard and much more, it’s all close by. Welcome to our charming home-we've taken all that's lovable from this 1920's English house & given it an upgrade. The house is situated in the lovely & quiet residential area of Elmfield in Ryde, only 2 km from City Centre & 1.5 km from the white sandy beach at Appley. We think you'll love staying here as much as we do especially if you're looking for a place with a home feeling rather than a holiday let. Location is also central for exploring the island, providing a great base for your holiday.

A spacious & modern 2 bedroom house situated in Lake (between Sandown & Shanklin). Take a 5 minute walk down the path to the sandy beach & promenade which links Sandown to Shanklin. There you will find a friendly cafe and public toilets so you can spend the whole day on the beach. The coastal path takes you to the public lift in Shanklin where you can find cafes, ice cream shops, crazy golf and amusement arcades. You don't have far to drive for family day trips such as Robin Hill Country Park.

Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

Set in its own garden, within the grounds of a Manor House. it is a converted stable block with cosy log burner and parking onsite for two cars. It is a two minute drive or ten minute walk from the beach at Springvale and from Appley park. It is conveniently located between the seaside town of Ryde and the coastal village of Seaview. Recentlly renovated with new bathroom for 2024.
