In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. Pure nature! You live in an old train station directly on hiking and biking trails. Absolute tranquility (almost) without neighbors. Slow-moving freight trains pass by on the rails 3 times a day. On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

For rent are two very nice 4-star apartments in a central location. 5 min walk to the ICE train station and two minutes from the A3 in beautiful old town ambience. Sat TV, DVD, shower/WC, modern kitchen (Senseo coffee.), terrace, one bedroom with double bed (180 cm) and a living room. The apartment on the first floor has an additional bedroom (accessible via another, slightly steeper staircase) with two single beds (one of which is a fold-out armchair bed)

The bright, modernly furnished, quiet and cozy apartment is located on the ground floor, so very easily accessible and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay in the beautiful town of Montabaur. Right next to the apartment is a supermarket (penny) and a soup snack. The FOC (Fashion Outlet Center) is 800m (11 minutes walk) away, as is ice train station. Montabaur's beautiful, historic old town can also be easily reached within 10 minutes.
