Wonderful place, with a privileged view of the Volcano. We travel with a group of friends, 12 people in total, and we felt very comfortable, like at home. The place is just as described, even better. Everything is very tidy and clean. Communication with Vivi and her husband was always smooth, with clear and helpful instructions. They allowed us to check in and check out flexible, which is always appreciated. The spectacular tinaja, very spacious. With direct descent to the lake inside the same condominium, a wonder. The house is beautiful and super comfortable, ideal for a large group. The location is perfect for touring the area and it's only 10 minutes away from Puerto Varas. It is equipped with everything you need for a very pleasant stay; the only thing missing is a dishwasher and some grill utensils. We had some difficulties during the stay, but Sandra always responded quickly. One of the rooms on the ground floor was filled with smoke when turning on the grill, so we couldn't use it. At the end of the stay, when we mentioned it to Sandra, she explained that there is a gate that avoids that problem. Unfortunately we did not consult him before to see if everything was okay. Despite that, the experience was very good and we would definitely choose this house again. Thank you for everything!
