Excellent house, almost like new, with all the amenities to spend several days in the place. Beautiful plot, remarkable quality of the furniture, the beds, and the central heating it has.

We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well thermally insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, had an excellent disposition. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he managed to get someone to help us, a 7! We were able to walk down to the lake, and the view was simply wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it in full. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.

Wonderful place, with a privileged view of the Volcano. We travel with a group of friends, 12 people in total, and we felt very comfortable, like at home. The place is just as described, even better. Everything is very tidy and clean. Communication with Vivi and her husband was always smooth, with clear and helpful instructions. They allowed us to check in and check out flexible, which is always appreciated. The spectacular tinaja, very spacious. With direct descent to the lake inside the same condominium, a wonder. We would undoubtedly repeat!

It was an amazing place to stay at. Right by the lake, where you can see the volcano when you go down. Theres heating in the place which is great for winter. Marian was very responsive when we had any questions and during check in. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. We really liked the cozy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is great, we were able to see the main points of the city on foot. We were very pleased with our stay, we felt at home.

A very special place where you can tell that it was built and maintained with a lot of love. There is so much to discover that the stay was exciting and relaxing at the same time.

The accommodation is definitely a 10 out of 10! From the host to the environment and its amenities! Unbeatable value! I went with a temporary contract and even so, there are always a thousand things to do, either because it is very well located or because there is something to do in the building. Nothing to say, I'd come back whenever I could! A luxury that pays for itself in no time!

It complies with what was published in the ad, an organized and clean place. It is in a central location. Marcela was flexible with the check-in schedule. We were delayed and arrived at about 10:00 pm.

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is super comfortable and cozy. The view is privileged and you can go out walking as everything is close by. Isidora excellent hostess, worried, gave us good tips. We would definitely go back.

The view is very nice, easy to get to from the bus terminal. We were able to leave our things before check-in so we could go out and explore

We returned delighted! The environment is a beauty, it has an immense park with access to the lake and views of the volcano. You can tell the dedication, everything was clean. The very comfortable cabin, everything worked perfectly. I can't help but emphasize Hector's kindness from the beginning, he gave us a warm welcome and at all times he was attentive to us having the best experience providing us with assistance and recommendations. It is a place without a doubt to rest and connect with nature! super recommended and we would choose it again without hesitation!

Excellent reception, stay, full service. Leonardo was waiting for us with the warm cabin (it was so cold outside), with breads, country eggs, queques, and everything to enjoy a rich breakfast. Excellent attention in every aspect. We will definitely come back in the future :)

It is a wonderful place, you feel in the middle of a park, good trails and surrounded by beautiful flowers and beautiful meadows. There is a staircase to get to the beach where there is a pier, transparent waters and close to the birth of the light river. Really sums up everything that may be weaker in the house. we will definitely be back in 2026!! The best detail was the flowers that adorned the house on our arrival.

Our experience in this house was incredible (4 women in 70 years) From the first moment Felipe was very attentive and quickly answered all our doubts. The house was spotless, well equipped and as seen in the photos, even better. The location is perfect, close to the beautiful Frutillar, Puerto Octay and Puerto Varas, these places have a lot to offer and to see, and the place itself is quiet and safe. One of the aspects we enjoyed the most was the tranquility that evokes the place with a beautiful view, a cozy terrace, a comfortable bed and the house is equipped with premium utensils. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a beautiful and joyful experience. We recommend it for any age

The wonderful environment, surrounded by native forest, with trails to tour, children's games, downhill to the beach , the wonderful view, you can see the volcanoes.
