Built with native wood, mud and a green roof, it is energized with solar panels and batteries (off grid). With a very nice view of the Reloncaví estuary, live a totally off-grid experience. The house is powered by solar energy and water from the mountains. The house is in the Cohiue de Los Columpios sector, right in the middle of the trekking that takes you to them. Access to the house door is by 4x4. For those who don't have a 4x4 to go up, I can tell you that I coordinated with the neighbors who manage the Cochamó swing.
