We are a family of 3 that have immigrated from South Africa to give our teenage daughter a life in Europe with its amazing history and lifestyle. We love to travel so Croatia was a great place due to my mom being from this village and my dad from Lika. We have built 4 beautiful apartments 2 with 2 bedrooms and a sleeper couch and 2 with 1 bedroom and a sleeper couch.Each apartment has a private entrance,parking and garden with BBQ and sitting areas with fire pit for those glorious nights.

EXCEPTIONAL RELAXATION We spent 5 nights in this magical place together with our dog and I wish I could live there;) This place is really quiet equipped with everything you may need. House is strategically located. Hideen in nature, but bakery and shop within walking distance. Beautifull walk to marina take a few minutes. There’s lovely beach with a small cafeteria too. The village of Posedarje is full of nice people and it's really quiet and away from the tourist crowds. Sara and her parents took excellent care of us. We will definitely be happy to come back again. The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool is heated, which makes a stay in spring at about 24 degrees like a summer vacation. It is very clean. the villa is equipped with everything you need. the outdoor barbecue is wonderful. Marin, the owner, did the check in/ out with us, he and his wife were super friendly and very flexible. It was a friendly approach, which made the stay even more enjoyable than it was anyway. Villa is fully recommended.

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

First of all, I would like to thank Antes parents for the friendly and respectful welcome as well as farewell. They were always available and there for every concern. I can only report positively about the space. The apartment was clean, always well cooled and well lit by the two new air conditioners. Likewise, the furnishings are good and organized, everything you need is there and as it is described in the advertisement. I especially liked the large living room with dining area and the connection to the spacious terrace. There we were able to have a relaxing breakfast every morning. Through the canopy we had enough shade and there was always a slight gust of wind that offered us a treat every morning. Especially in the evening it was just nice to sit on the terrace and enjoy the view of the landscape of Zadar. Any technical devices have worked. The beds were also clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space.
