We are a family of 3 that have immigrated from South Africa to give our teenage daughter a life in Europe with its amazing history and lifestyle. We love to travel so Croatia was a great place due to my mom being from this village and my dad from Lika. We have built 4 beautiful apartments 2 with 2 bedrooms and a sleeper couch and 2 with 1 bedroom and a sleeper couch.Each apartment has a private entrance,parking and garden with BBQ and sitting areas with fire pit for those glorious nights.

EXCEPTIONAL RELAXATION We spent 5 nights in this magical place together with our dog and I wish I could live there;) This place is really quiet equipped with everything you may need. House is strategically located. Hideen in nature, but bakery and shop within walking distance. Beautifull walk to marina take a few minutes. There’s lovely beach with a small cafeteria too. The village of Posedarje is full of nice people and it's really quiet and away from the tourist crowds. Sara and her parents took excellent care of us. We will definitely be happy to come back again. Die Villa ist exakt wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool ist beheizt was einen Aufenthalt im Frühjahr bei ca. 24 Grad wie ein Sommerurlaub wirken lässt. Es ist alles sehr sauber. die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. der Grill im Außenbereich ist wunderbar. Marin, der Besitzer, hat den Check-in/ Out mit uns gemacht, er und seine Frau waren super freundlich und sehr flexibel. Es war ein freundschaficher Umgang was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat als sowieso schon. Die Villa ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Super schönes und grünes Grundstück. außerhalb leider viel Bauschutt und die Hunde der Nachbarn bellen sehr oft und auch schon frühs um 5 Uhr. Die Unterkunft war super. Gute Kommunikation, sehr gut ausgestattet und Ana war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Mai ist das Wetter abends noch sehr kalt, daher haben wir richtige Decken vermisst, mit der Heizung konnte man aber das Zimmer aufheizen. Die UV Strahlung ist trotz Wind schon sehr stark. kurzer Weg zum Flughafen ca 20 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist beheizt was bei unserem Wetter ideal war. Die Müllabfuhr kommt alle 3-4 Tage. Zu Beginn waren auch schon Brot, Aufschnitt, Wasser, Cola und Milch im Kühlschrank. Darüber haben wir uns nach dem Flug sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

Nun erstmal möchte ich mich bei Antes Eltern für den freundlichen und respektvollen Empfang sowie Abschied bedanken. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und für jedes Anliegen da. Ich kann nur positiv über die Unterkunft berichten. Das Apartment war sauber, durch die zwei neuen Klimaanlagen immer gut gekühlt und gut durchleuchtet. Ebenso ist die Einrichtung gut und geordnet, es ist alles da was man benötigt und wie es auch in der Anzeige beschrieben ist. Besonders gefallen hat mir das große Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und dem Anschluss zur geräumigen Terrasse. Dort haben wir jeden Morgen entspannt frühstücken können. Durch die Überdachung hatten wir genug Schatten und es gab immer einen leichten Windstoß, der uns jeden Morgen einen Genuss geboten hat. Vor allem abends war es einfach schön auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Ausblick auf die Landschaft von Zadar zu genießen. Jegliche technische Geräte haben funktioniert. Die Betten waren zudem sauber und bequem und es gab auch genug Stauraum.
