Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

This stylish two-room apartment with private entrance is perfect for your trip to Berlin and offers the perfect retreat in urban proximity. Friedrichshain, 10 min., Treptow, 15 min. & Kreuzberg, 20 minutes are within walking distance. In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

A unique idyllic retreat in the city! Our charming 24 sqm studio is located directly on the park and water. With its own entrance, it offers the perfect blend of tranquility and central location. Ideal for 2 guests, max. 3, equipped with a double bed, bed lounge, kitchenette,separate toilet with spacious shower. The modern, cozy furnishings and the window front to the garden guarantee privacy and tranquility. Only 20 meters away is the tram, Ostkreuz can be reached in 10 minutes.

Attic apartment with water view and private jetty

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Künstlerhaus Zernsdorf - Berlin

Former artists' house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden,was preserved in the early 1930s (URL HIDDEN) and radiates a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colours. The decor is simple and personal. Just a few minutes walk from the house is our lake with 2 very nice bathing places. The biosphere reserve Spreewald, the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.

Apartment by the park near the water

Lovingly furnished small apartment with box spring bed, kitchenette, small shower room with window and infrared heating, private patio terrace and private entrance in upscale, quiet residential area. The construction corresponds to a small bungalow. There is free public parking nearby. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, disinfecting the surfaces. Check in and out independently with a key box.

The high-quality and tastefully furnished apartment in Rummelsburg is also quiet, central and conveniently located. It has 2 bright bedrooms with 2 single beds each, which can be combined with double beds, a modern bathroom and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Free parking is always easy to find. For toddlers there is a high chair and a travel cot (please bring blankets and pillows for this).
