Cozy log cabin semi-detached house near the center of Ruka. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave) and comprehensive dishes. Downstairs in the cottage, the living room-kitchen is an open space and there is one bedroom with a double bed. Attic upstairs with separate sleeping areas at the ends. One with a sofa bed and the other with two separate beds. Wi-Fi connection, air heat pump, 11kw charger with type2 connector (electricity is charged separately). A short distance to the ski trail from the yard of the cottage!

The apartment is in the top location of East Ruka on the slope, at ground level, on the side of the slope in a sunny location. From the door straight to the ski slope. All of these are 100m away: Gondola, Rosa&Rudolf Familypark, Skibus stop, RukaValley restaurants, ticket sales & rental, K-Market (open during the winter season). Restaurant SkiBooster in the neighboring house, which also has a sauna during the winter season, but you can check the opening hours online. Gondola easily to Rukakeskus. A neat log cabin in Itä-Ruka, popular with families, a walking distance to the ski slope (350m) and the ski hill (650m). The cottage is best suited for active couples and small families. 1 bedroom, kitchenette and sleeping accommodations on the loft for up to four, total space 75m2, including open loft. Electric sauna, soapstone stove and a car plug in the yard. Bring your own sheets and towels. A holiday home located near the shore of Lake Kesäjärvi. The windows of the apartment offer a wide view of Lake Kesäjärvi. The kitchen window also offers a view of the open marsh. In winter, you can go skiing directly from the cottage yard. The groomed cross-country ski trail is about 200 m away. You can also set off on a snowmobile trail directly from the yard. In summer, you can start a hiking trail directly from the yard. There is a jetty and a rowboat on the shore.

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
