The apartment is in a prime location in Itä-Ruka, on the slope at ground level, in a sunny spot. From the door straight to the slopes or to the bike park. The starting point of the Karhunkierros trail is nearby. All of the following are 100 metres away: Gondola, Rosa&Rudolf Familypark, Skibus stop, RukaValley restaurants, ticket sales & rental, K-Market (open during the winter season). Easy access to Rukakeskus by Gondola. Drying cabinet for drying boots. Beds 2*160 cm and a fold-out sofa for two. Due to its small size, it is best suited for a maximum of four people!

In the summertime there is a cooling air conditioning machine in the apartment. This compact studio lies in the Ruka Valley between the slopes 16 and 18, next to gondola (100 m). 1 Queen size bed + 1 good quality divan sofa bed. Bathroom and compact kitchen with dishwasher. A holiday home located near the shore of Lake Kesäjärvi. The windows of the apartment offer a wide view of Lake Kesäjärvi. The kitchen window also offers a view of the open marsh. In winter, you can go skiing directly from the cottage yard. The groomed cross-country ski trail is about 200 m away. You can also set off on a snowmobile trail directly from the yard. In summer, you can start a hiking trail directly from the yard. There is a jetty and a rowboat on the shore.
