Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Tunturihuoneisto Rukalla

Tämä erityinen kohde on lähellä kaikkea, mikä helpottaa vierailun suunnittelua. Talvijärven hiihtohissille 250 m ja Rukakylän palvelut mm. ravintolat, kaupat, taksiasema... kävelymatkan päässä. Hiihtolatu on vieressä, josta pääset kaikille Rukan alueen hiihtoreiteille. Hiihtoreittejä on aktiivi- ja kuntohiihtäjille. Parvekkeelta näkymä Talvijärvelle. Yhteinen suksien huoltotila on F-talossa. Lemmikit eivät valitettavasti ole sallittuja huoneistoon. Liinavaatteet ja siivous sisältyy hintaan.

Ski-in Alppimaja A10 22m2

Nauti loman helppoudesta tässä kivasti remontoidussa rauhallisessa ja Rukan parhaalla paikalla olevalla alppimajalla eli hissit ja rinteet vieressä joihin pääsee Ski-in / Ski-out tyyliin asunnolta, pertsaajille hiihtoladut n. 100m päässä. Ruka Valleyssa, joka on aivan vieressä löytyy ravintoloita ja pieni ruokakauppa. Ruka Valleystä lähtevällä Gondoli hissillä pääsee kätevästi eturinteiden puolelle Ruka Villageen isompaan ruokakauppaan ja ravintoloihin. Kesäisin tietenkin frisbeegolf ja MTB!

Rokovan Helmi - Natural peace in Ruka-Kuusamo

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.
